Great resort for a weekend getaway from Dubai. The staff there were great, some names that I remember are Elisha from front desk, Amran from the Pool Bar, marym the front office manager. Everyone was very warm and welcoming. The hotel is well maintained spacious rooms. Please pick th3 sea view rooms the view is outstanding

Very confy room, most of them with a splendid view over the mosque. Excellent breakfast and good connection into other city sides. Took a mark off only because it was a bit too busy for my taste, particularly the pool, but that was the Eid weekend and this is also a good sign from another viewpoint. Perfect service all the way through our stay and nice little touches for us celebrating a special occasion. When it comes to food, we tried only Marco's which is a very good Italian..

Family holiday end of March for 8 nights. Checked in the early hours, very smooth process, as we missed dinner we were offered lunch the following day. Deposit held for any expenditures over the stay. Impressive hotel. Beautiful large room with views of the mosque. Food and service first class everywhere, we were half board, dine around option for restaurants other than the main dining spaces with credit given on food (not alcohol). Booked restaurants for the following evening via phone in room never an issue always availability. Beach superb, staff to help with beds or umbrellas without even asking. Pool bar food (chicken and avocado sandwich amazing) swim up bar staff excellent. Signed for all lunches and alcohol/drinks to our room. Bridges bar perfect to enjoy any live sports. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel services equals to 4 stars hotels . You will feel lack of attention from the check in to check out. Hotel staff needs improvement ( the reception girl at the check in didn’t know English or Arabic). All food experience was below average.
