The room was great and the staff friendly and helpful. It was a pity though that the rooms were not cleaned every day especially since we had a baby with us.

Removing breakfast items at 945am

No coffee or tea in the room even though we specifically booked a superior room which states these are provided. We had 2 rooms booked and as I’m a platinum ACCOR member was given a Welcome drinks voucher. We ordered a glass of wine, a beer and one bottle of water - it appears that we have been charged for 2 items. Surely a welcome drinks drinks voucher should cover the 2 people staying in each room - ie. 4 welcome drinks? Or at the very least 1 welcome drink per room of which we had 2 booked? Secondly we were told breakfast was until 10am. At 945am a member of staff continually bumped into us as she cleared away cutlery, the boiled egg machine, yogurts, etc etc. I even asked her what time breakfast was closing and she confirmed 10am. We were made to feel like we shouldn’t be there and were in her way. Sorry Mercure but we’ve stayed in other hotels during this Covid pandemic and they have still managed to operate as a hotel should and make guests feel welcome!

Hôtel well located close to Geneva. You can reach the city Geneva in 30 minutes with taxi! Nice staff! Room well equipped even in the period of coronavirus! You can take your breakfast outside when the weather is nice. Pool available !

Usual Mercure standard except for the restaurant. Our evening meal was terrible. Avoid this chefs version of Bouef Bourgogne at all costs. The room was good, clean and comfortable but approximately 30 euros overpriced and therefore not good value.

All was great. Easy check in and clean room. Towels were a little old but all else was perfect. Breakfast was much better than expected with a huge choice and all nice and fresh We also had supper and this was freshly prepared and again with very friendly service.

I had to stay in my first room for 3 hours working in a very cold environement. The room was freezing as the AC was not working propely. I complained to the reception and told me that the cleaning lady open the window to allow fresh air in the romm and I should be patient and let the AC warm the room. Unfortunaltely aftre 3 hours in the room I had to talk to the reception again (night shift) to check the room. They kndly checked and gave me a new room after technical service confirmed that teh AC was broken. results I got a cold the following days which I did not expect. regards Nicolas
