The hotel is well located but the pool is very tiny (more than what it looked on the pictures). Overall, it was fine despite the lack of soul of the hotel. Ok for business but not for holiday.

Rooms were ok. Bathroom not clean (hair in the bathtub). Bed ok, aircondition not working properly. Service by the pool was perfect.

Even being platinum member, had nothing special, no upgrade only welcome drink which is a standard starting silver members. Parking is paid, 19€ per night with no running elevator, wasn't the best experience with all the luggage climbing 3 level. 18€ per person breakfast, no worth taking while you have many cheaper options around. Nevertheless rooms were clean and staff was friendly.

Could not fault it. Friendly staff checked us in early, gave us info of where to go, bar staff were great, room was exactly what you need, and the location made it easy to get everywhere.

Not sure whether it was because I checked in online and notified Hotel that we would be arriving at 11 am but a lovely and welcome surprise to find the room was ready on arrival. This does not happen very often! Very grateful for this indeed. The room was perfect, lovely comfortable bed, quality bedlinen and towels. Good lighting everywhere and no noisy doors anywhere so 4 good nights sleep. I love Nuxe products and was particularly pleased to see it in the bathroom for the Hotels choice of shower gel. Breakfast choice is magnificent although I stay with fruit and muesli but every thing is available at the two buffet stations. Great coffee. The breakfast room is light and airy with comfortable seating arrangements and spotlessly clean.

It was impossible to sleep in the morning due to construction work. This should have been informed. The WiFi was not good; loosing connection all the time and with poor upload/download speed. This made it hard to work, and to stream movies etc. Also, as they don't have a gym (how is that even possible for a hotel of that sort), they should have an arrangement with a local gym of sorts. Very disappointing, as I was staying there for two weeks. On the positive side; the breakfast was great, and the location is perfect. The staff was polite, and the cleaning was ok.

My experience in the Hotel Mercure St Georges was wonderful. The room was very comfortable and the staff was very attentive and kind. Emil(?) was very helpful providing us information about the city attractions, local transportation, food/shopping areas and even provided us with an umbrella to stay dry. Breakfast had also very good choices and perfect hours. The only not so good event was a fire alarm at 3am due to some rain water/electrical issues but understand the rain levels were higher than usual. The staff handle the situation effectively though. Feedback: The shower area is a bit tight and the tub can be slippery, it could use some anti slippery bands on the floor and some sturdy handles for support. I'd recommend this hotel for its location and customer service.

Thank you for your warm welcome and kind service. The room was clean and very convenient for a family of four. Kids were amazed by the amenities, their own TV and the adults by the kitchen and cozy bedroom.

The service was disappointing I did not get access to the lounge as platinum and the Barman ejected me and my family from the room while we were eating and talking quietly there. He did not change his decision even after I told him that I should be allowed to stay as platinum
