« Less than expected »

The room was clean and ok. The place is noisy. The receptionists fails twice to find a taxi for me and while the second day the man said that he did it the lady cancelled it after a few hours. During the evening nobody was in the reception for helping me. The restaurant is ok but with no variety. Overall the biggest problem is the shortage of English spoken people.

« Very disappointed, not even clean... »

Room needs to be refurbished, Bedsheets not clean (old blood stains on it), and damaged with holes, Shower broken, tiles with mushrooms, ... Blocks of dust gathering on the carpet Almost no attention nor upgrade for fellow customers ( in my case the highest grade Platinum) Very disappointed, i used to give better rates here.

« Very close to the office! »

This hotel is quite nice. Rooms are very large and clean. Receptionists are very nice and they speak several languages. The hotel position is not the best for who wants to visit Paris or have a dinner in a nice restaurant in Paris center, but it's the best for business men being very close to the Courtaboeuf place. The restaurant is acceptable for dinner. I used it many times in the past and it was good. Maybe the menu should be modified (it's the same for years…) Breakfast is also good.

« My room was like a sauna »

It was very hot in the room. Opened window: didn't help. Closed window, put air conditioner at 15 degrees. Didn't work. The duvet was perfect if it would have been -10 degrees, but unfortunately the temperature was tropical. It was extremely hot all night and I hardly slept at all.

Overall very good. Quick check in and quick check out prepared in advance and it worked well. Very nice staff both at reception and in the restaurant. We had a nice dinner and though we came a bit late in the evening it was not a problem to be served. Nice room as well.

How can the room not have a safety box? The room had okay furniture, but was worn down. The bath tub didn't have a plug, so it was actually a shower. No desk and chair for working, but other useless furniture. Only french tv channels. The bed was fine, though.

« I was kindly received by professionals »

The room was nice the personal at the reception were kind and professional. It was a bit long to enjoy a beer or at least to order it as no waiter was available at the bar for few minutes. I enjoyed a good meal in the evening in the restaurant of the hotel. The day after I enjoyed a nice breakfast and have been able to pay rapidly the invoice with the fast process.

Room was terrible. Floor was wet. Climate according. Gold card totally useless. No welcome gift, no upgrade. Wrong reservation. Was reminded to pick up my luggage, despite having one more night booked. No excuse for that.

« Nice hotel but service needs to be faster »

Nice hotel in an industrial area. Manage to ‘hide’ the roads and offices. Decor very welcoming, breakfast excellent menu for dinner interesting and quality surprisingly good. Only downside was speed of service. A few times I tried to catch attention of staff who were chatting or doing administrative work but I had to wait several minutes before they arrived. Great hotel but needs to retrain staff on the importance of customers

On Sunday evening I had dinner at "Le Snack". I got heated baby food in glass bowls. It looked disgusting and it tasted disgusting. The first bowl was "vélouté". The second "moules". It looked the same, and tasted the same, only the second dish had mussels added. The "mixed fruit" dessert was slimey, and the entire dish cost € 33.50. Very poor food, you should be ashamed to serve this to your customers.

Very short overnight business stop, en route to a destination further south. Ideal location as very close to the motorway connections (A10) which I needed to take the next day. I unfortunately didn’t have a chance to use the pool or restaurant which looked appealing in the sunshine.

got my key, went to the room, there were luggage on the floor and people on the bad. I got an alternative room: I was told that there was water in the room, but the fridge was empty and there was not water. the night before leaving, sometime between 22 and 23, I stand up at the front desk waiting for someone to show up, i wanted to pay since the morning after I was leaving at 4.30. I gave up and paid the morning after. at 4.30 after I paid my bill, there was another guy asking for a Taxi. He did not receive support, he had to make a taxi reservation by himself. never saw this before! if the taxi compay you work with is not available you have to help your clients that risk to lose his flight to find alternatives
