« Disappointing location in every way - too far from Amiens and in a bland commercial centre amongst the low cost hotels. »

"Non smoking" room smelt of cigarettes. Very basic room for a supposedly 4* hotel. Only room for one person at a time in the bathroom. Restaurant meal was very poor quality - beef tartare was cooked to oblivion. Breakfast ordinary. Location had nothing whatsoever to recommend it. In all, poor value for money. On the plus side - hotel staff were very nice.

Room needs updating. Bathroom facilities very poor. High sided bath to climb into for shower that is just a hand held shower with no power at all and a dirty old shower curtain. Separate toilet that was dirty with crack paint and chipped walls. Bar has no atmosphere and poorly decorated. Restaurant decor atrocious. Chairs uncomfortable. View into the Kitchen revealed rusting broken corner trim. Food ok. Service very slow.

« Conveniant for visiting our freinds over Christmas. »

It was a shame that the restaurant was closed for ALL of our five days stay and all though we were told that food (other than breakfast) was available the evening staff were very unhelpful when asked if we could buy some of this limited food. The shower in our room was very poor indeed, the pressure was low and you had to run around to get wet. Otherwise everything was fine and the price was good.

We arrived late (midnight) and the staff were polite and efficient. The room was tired and dated but absolutely fine for our very short mid journey stay. We left at 7am without breakfast so are unable to comment on food.

We stayed for the third consecutive year at the hotel,the staff is really nice and the breakfast was very good,but the rooms definitely need renewing the walls in the toilets in our two rooms were peeling and the room dated.I hope they fix the room soon,because we really like staying in that hotel.

Excellent hotel with lots of free parking spaces. Check in and check our experience seamless, very fast, well done and professional. Breakfast is plentiful and tasty. I highly recommend the half board option as the dinner is very tasty with lots of choices.

« This hotel not allowed to carry the name Novotel »

Look to all reviews but nobody don't care by Novotel. Since 2017. As gold member I was disappointed. A horrible hotel. The lady on the desk was terrible meeky. First room was not cleaned. and only towels for one person. We got another room not much better. Keycards did not work and go back three time. My advice demolish this hotel and built a new one. Manager said renovation will follow soon but he said the same in 2017. A shame for the name of Novotel.

« Great service - rooms need a little update! »

The service overall was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble and as one of us was disabled they went out of their way to ensure we got what we needed. The restaurant was great as well. The rooms do look a little tired especially the bathroom to the point I decided not to use it too much. It lacks in comparison to other novotels although I have read they are due an update

« We enjoyed stayingat your hotel so much in May that we came back in September. »

My wife and I arrived on Saturday 14th September 2019 for a nine night stay. On viewing the room we were first given we asked for in to be changed as it faced the car park and this was agreed. The breakfast was a good although we have had more choice in a Red ibis. There was little choice of bread some days, otherwise very good. We ate in the restaurant on seven evenings, fortunately avoiding the day of the After Work Party on Thursday evening. We clearly enjoyed eating with you although meat had to be returned to the kithen for further cooking on several occasions when not cooke as requested. The manager was very good and showed concern that everything was to our liking.
