Upon arrival at the hotel, it turned out that the hotel did not have any connecting rooms, although this was confirmed by telephone by the reservation agent. The airco in room 452 was not working. Had some sleepless nights due to the heat. The breakfast was reasonable but to the minimum and the same every day. The staff in the breakfast room are cheerful and hard-working. My compliments to the staff.

We very much enjoy this hotel but feel that it is now in need of room renovation as the bathrooms are very outdated (when compared with Mercure bathrooms eg Orange and Tours) and the bedrooms need new carpets!!

Minimal staff, checkin counter is ridiculous (small high table), sport room is basic as can be, the corridors are creepy. The rooms look so old. I felt like I was back in colony holidays when I was a kid. Staff was kind though and place is quiet, the rest is just a waste.

Room, breakfast and dinner experience good. But it was not possible to buy any chocolate, chips or other snack even though it is very far to the nearest supermarked.

Breakfast is a n. - never have seen a smaller offering. Received false bill - wrong billing address, one breakfast charged to much. When asking for correction, staff reacted impatient and impolite instead of excusing. During breakfast, water was pouring from the ceiling in many places in the restaurant. Overall, the building requires significant renovation, e.g. the carpet seems to be be alive. I was in the restaurant for dinner twice. The second time left me with a sleepless night due to stomach issues. Only the executive room I seems to have gone through a renovation and was ok. The windows need replacement urgently.

The hotel is OK for the location. Staff is friendly. However the corridors are worn, shows too many signs of repainting (which should normally not be necessary with good covering of the floors! Room is comfortable, though shower at full capacity, draining is insufficient. Airco did not work properly when set at minimum temperature (or is cooling turned off on a specific date?). Coach is worn and no longer representative. Breakfast is not worth the money. Small choice. No scrambled eggs, nor any prepared eggs (except for boiled hard eggs which are cold). Takes too much time to prepare yourself. Breakfast should be pick, eat and move on, not allowing time to boil eggs yourself or bake them (also too crampy with 3 persons wanting each 2 eggs). On the next question of what sort of trip was this, I can't make the combination of Single and Business, couple and business, etc. Would be good for you to know don't you?

Hotel is oudated and still at high price rates. Rooms are smelling and old fashioned. Beds are with metal frame (look like hospital beds). Restaurant furniture outside is old, sometimes broken. guy at the breakfast was not friendly for some customer trying to figure out how to get a cappucino, really annoying to see he was not helping out. i helped the lady to poor a coffee. This is really below accor standards with overrates prices. will not visit this one again before it is upgraded.

Check-in was great Outside space is lovely Carpets need cleaning, badly Room set up is great I was very upset that, despite putting my "do not disturb" sign on my door both days, the cleaners disregarded this and still came in my room to clean. This would actually make me not choose your hotel in the future. Do not Disturb means do not enter my room. Point finale. I was also quite upset to have been automatically joined to your loyalty programme. I wish to be unjoined from this immediately, however, there was no way to reply to the email.

bed's hard and sweaty bed cover, there was mould in the badroom. All functioned fine but very dated! Kind personal but had to call for my bill. They did not send it as promised by mail. Also bill looks a bit messy, what is what and only in French.

The first glance at the lobby was a good one and then I saw the room and I was really disappointed. The hotel hasn't been renovated and is in an urgent need to be. But despite this feeling of being stuck in the 80's, the team is really great and thanks to them, my experience was really great. But please. renovate this hotel. Please.

Novotel Sophia Antipolis quality is far below what I'm used to get in other Accord Hotel of this price (I spend 2 days per week every weeks in different Accord hotels). In this one, the carpet in my bedroom was dirty and smelt very bad. It was also the case for carpet in the stairway which made a stifling air . My bed got broken by just sitting on it. The breakfast was not very good with little choice compared to the other Novotel I stay in. I won't come back to Novotel Antibes Sophia Antipolis.

Sorry, but this stay reminded too much of my stays at Novotel in the 90'... Nothing has changed. Only a shower has replaced the bath maybe in the standard room? Food average. Service overwhelmed.
