Monsieur P., Nous vous remercions d’avoir pris le temps de nous écrire à la suite de votre séjour à Novotel Chartres. Après vérification la réservation a été faite sur un tarif négocié par votre entreprise avec ACCOR, qui nécessite, certes un numéro de carte bancaire en garantie, mais en aucun cas un prépaiement puisque, selon les conditions de vente, le tarif est annulable sans frais jusqu'à 18h le jour de l'arrivée. Nous sommes désolés de lire que le bruit dans la chambre vous a posé un soucis, n'hésitez pas, pour un prochain séjour à vous rapprocher de la réception pour que nous puissions trouver une solution sur l'instant, Nous avons bien noté le manque d'approvisionnement en nourriture et en avons fait part à notre responsable petit déjeuner afin qu'elle puisse faire mieux à l'avenir, Votre facture a été divisée en deux par notre équipe de restaurant, il y a plusieurs lignes correspondant à ce que vous avez consommé, comme cela vous l'a été expliqué lors de votre départ, nous comprenons donc pas votre commentaire à ce sujet.
