Pleasant stay. Room & amenities were very satisfying. Floor chamber maids have been friendly & helpful. Wi-Fi brokedown during dinning experience twice in a row. This has caused long wait in service. On the second evenig, a dark haired young man who waited on us at the bar on the day of our arrival had given us the extra attention just when we needed it during our dinner on the second evening. To this gentleman & to the chambermaids, we would like to congratulate you on your efforts in making our stay a pleasant moment

- electricity cut (last stay) - no hair dryer (last stay) Frequent issues (already stayed in ~6 different rooms in this hotel) - VDCAST not working 1/3 times - WIFI working 1/2 time - noisy electric equipment (lamps make a small but repetitive noise even when switched off)

Not the most exciting location in Lyon but practical if you want to avoid jams of Lyon center. Clean, modern, good food in the restaurant

Your welcome was great and I was happy to tuck in to one of Novotel's lovely beds after having ordered breakfast for 11am-11h15 the next morning by filling out the card and placed it on the outside of my door . I had a good nights sleep. 11am came and went without any breakfast. So did 11.15. When I tried to call room-service, I found that the telephone in my room did not work. Neither did it work for calling reception. I opened your website and called the number indicated as yours. This took me to a reservation center away from the hotel. They tried to call reception during around 15 minutes without luck. They gave me the direct number to your reception for me to call myself. I did so for about 10 minutes with no one answering. I then heard some noice outside my door and managed to find your house-keeping staff. They went to find room-service. Room-serviced delivered my breakfast at 11.46. I was now half an hour late as I had been busy trying to reach your staff rather than getting myself showered and ready for the day. Extremely annoying and really completely un-acceptable for a €125 night stay.

pleasant atmosphere, staff friendly and well established in english communication. Only downfall was that dispite putting a do not disturb notice on door i was awoken three times (night shift worker) by house cleaning team and management. I understand i should now inform when booking but what is the point of the do not disturb sign?

We had a lovely nights rest at Bron and the location is ideal for an early run to the mountains. The problem is the lack of connection with the staff between reception and the restaurant. You assume when booking an Accor hotel that as a guest with two rooms you would be treated as a priority for the restaurant but this was not the case. Reception would not even ask on our behalf if there was space nor would they make any recommendations where else to go. A shame, otherwise our rating would have been a 9 or 10.

The reception on arrival is very friendly, they have lots of comfortable seating and tables in the reception/bar area. The bar and food service was excellent. The bedroom was immaculate. The entire hotel feels recently refurbished and in very good condition. Ideally located just off the motorway for a stop on the way to skiing or the south coast.

New style soulless "down with the kids" Novotel. Trying to not give a receipt (environment is the excuse but profit is the game). Same old rooms. Bigger prices. Not worth the money.

Very nice and clean hotel. Check in was easy, but do not understand why I received an email a few days ahead of time that I had to send an email to confirm my reservation. Also did not receive the receipt after checkout. Otherwise, hotel itself is very nice.

Disappointing stay starting at the reception with hotel clerk struggling checking in with his mobile phone. When asked why he was not using the laptop which was next to him, he answered: "We are asked to use mobile..." In the end, he could not get the invoice prepared as I asked (with company reference)... Dinner was Ok-ish but tartare not so tasty and fries lacking salt. I could not sleep well due to the plastic sheet protecting the mattress (1st time this happens to me so I don't think I'm super sensitive). Despite my request to have the invoice emailed to me, I had to give a call to the hotel staff the day following my departure to get it sent. By the way, nobody at the reception when I left at 8am... Forgot to mention that after Dinner, on my way back to my room, a waitress ran after me to ask if I had paid (which was the case): bit awkward. Last, location is no so great, in the middle of a commercial zone. Obviously, I will not recommend this hotel! (and again, it is the first time I write such negative review...)

Dear, Everything was fine with exception of the check out. The receptionists, both, literally jumped on us in the corridor. When I remarked that I did not liked their approach I saw grimaces and rolling eyes. Later the receptionist was over-acting and shouting at me as if I was deaf. It was an awful event. I had a very nice stay and an excellent breakfast therefor the conduct was pitifully. Best regards, Britt.

The hotel was lovely, the rooms refurbished since our last visit. One wing is now an Ibis, which seems to make the place very busy and parking impossible. The only complaint was that the a/c in our room was stuck on heating even when it said it was cooling and the room must have been at more than 30 degrees. In the end I managed to get it to turn off and opened the window. It was a cooler, but very noisy.
