The hotel was so convenient and very very nice, clean, I had a great room but there were two issues that were difficult: 1)the door to my room DID NOT LOCK . Someone came up to fix it and as soon as he left, the door stopped locking so I pushed some furniture again the door during the night. Second thing was there was NO INFORMATION ABOUT CALLING THE FRONT DESK ON THE HOTEL ROOM PHONE. I tried everything and could not reach anyone at the front desk so I had to get dressed and go downstairs. Why is that number not offered or found somewhere in the room or on the phone or when one checks in? Those are two big things---no locking and no way to get in touch with the front desk in case of emergency!

Great place to lay one's head after or before a long flight.

Tired hotel. Silly theme park like decoration. Dirty carpets, very worn out rooms, noisy aircon. Doesn’t deserve the “styles” brand. I’ve stayed in ibis styles in other countries and they were very nice hotels. Actually we stayed at the regular ibis Marseille airport a week earlier and it was better, even though it’s supposedly lower end of the market

We stayed one night. While the room was clean, there was no Wi-Fi and no water in the room, both of which are a necessity in my books. We had to wait an hour for the shuttle bus after calling the hotel a number of times.

If the wifi was not working, you should ask the reception's desk available 24h/24 in order to slve the problem. We do appologize for the shuttle, we just start the hight season and a lot of guest is travelling from and to the airport. So sometimes, oiyur shuttle service is fullybooked and our team is trying to do their best to avoid this king of problem.
