Waiting 1hr 45mins for the shuttle bus after ringing 5 times at the airport with a 4 year old , arrived at the hotel and the pool was closed after the website stated it was open till end of Oct, would of booked a cheaper hotel if I knew , Their was no manager to talk to until Monday , also I was shocked with the attitude of the staff , also couldn’t believe the breakfast was all self service when the manger wasn’t around, and Monday everything was set out and tidy, also our room 166 the carpet had a mould smell off it , and wasn’t hoovered by the cleaners , had to rent a car after the 2nd day , asked for a refund and no one could help us after the 1st day , dinners were poor & drinks , on the plus the breakfast was good, I have emailed ye and got no response yet, so just waiting a few days before I put a trip advisor review up & on all the booking platforms.

At Ibis Styles, we strive to provide a superior service experience for every customer; therefore your feedback is very important to us. Please rest assured that we are taking the appropriate measures to address the problem and prevent future occurrence. A compagny had hoovered all the establishment on November, Friday,4th, And our team is trying to clean the carpet with our own machine as soons as we can. According to our pool, it's writen on our website our pool is close until 30/04/2023. For our shuttle, it's working on request. As soon as you have called our reception's desk, one of my collegue should ask to our driver to pick you up. But if our driver were already on the way to the airport, it could be difficult to pick you up immediatly. Our shuttle is doing each terminal like terminal N°1, Terminal N°2, TER Train station, 3 terminals from Airbus compagny and Private access for pilotes. So you can understand that sometimes, it could be difficult for our team to pick you up on 10 min since your call. We didn"t receive any email from you since your departure so it could be difficult to answer your. Please, could you forward me your email on H0… Hope to see you again in our hotel in order to show you how our team is able to offer you better service that you had during your stay. Cockroaches in the room do not show high standards

We needed to quickly find a place to stay and required a bathtub. We were happy to find a nearby hotel with one but, unfortunately, booked too quickly and didn't realize the restaurant was only open on some nights. The bar was open and a snack provided, which was OK but not great. The late check-out without additional costs was very much appreciate!
