The hotel itself has certainly seen better days and is in need of some refurbishment (stained carpets, water leaking from the bathroom sink because the seal has gone on the plug, scruffy car park amongst other things), but the staff were extremely friendly and helpful and made it a very pleasant, if short, stay. The food for the room service dinner was very pleasant and not just the standard 'club sandwich' fare, but more interesting. I would stay again.

To be honest, I was very disappointed by Novotel . Firstly, they told us that the room will be ready and we can check in from 2pm, but when we arrived at 5pm , the room wasn’t ready and we had to wait nearly 1 hour . We were very tired after a long drive and we had to wait in the lobby. We finally went in the room and there was a pair of swimming shorts left in the bathroom from the previous guests. Then , we didn’t have enough towels, i had to go to reception to get one for myself. Not to say the most annoying thing ..... not enough toilet paper ...!!!!! I rung reception to ask if it is possible to bring me some toilet paper, but they said to go and grab it from them . I don’t give to much details here, but imagine being on the toilet and run out of toilet paper!!! Very very disappointed! Unfortunately the customer service was below expectations!

Stayed here just for a night as travelling north from Spain. The staff were friendly and the room and hotel generally were fine. The highlight was breakfast sat by the pool followed shortly after with a dip in said pool, accompanied by the kids who enjoyed this very much. Would stay again.

What you published on your website was wrong. I booked an executive room because of the amenities described. There were none. They had to remove it because of Covid, which is fine. But then you need to correct your website as I booked something which wasn’t what it said it was. Also, on your website it was allowed to pay some part of the bill with the reward points. Your employee told me she didn’t know how to do it and I had to pay the full bill.

Needs urgent renovation!

The room I was in seriously needs renovation. The painting is very old, cracked, dirty... The whole rooms looks very old, and it looks like it was not refreshed in 20 years! This is completely off for a 4 star hotel... :(

Hotel could do with an upgrade, it is getting very tired. There is always a problem with the parking during the day. We had a meal which we have had before and it was great, this time the inside of the meat was stone cold, obviously microwaved prepared ? We stay at many Novotels and some have had very nice upgrades and new restaurants too. We are Accorclub members

Hotel halls and lobby are a bit dated. Key didn't work first try so had to walk back to reception. Breakfast was good although the fake powdered milk in the coffee machine is horrible - ruins the coffee completely. Room was fine. A very functional hotel but more 3 star than 4.

As I have already mentioned in my review at TripAdvisor.com the hotel needs renovation rapidly in order to be a value for money choise of customers We make our reservation thought your side as you already might know . During check in . A complete mess people passing by from all over direction. The main reception place dirty carpet dirty....etc Something like a flea market... Our room..... just like hospital and noisy!!! The corridor which might lead to pool which ofcourse we didn't use it , for sure would be not healthy at all if I can understand from the rest situation of the hotel, well the corridor to much noise , from the parking all night and day long customers parking their cars. Noise and no privacy at all.... For all this mess we should pay a guarantee in advanced . Here we laugh!! Sorry but the price that you are charging is completely out of market for what you are offering. Am not a type of customer who picks the cheapest "bed" even for a night for my accommodation, and a frequent traveler. I pick the quality . The even worst is that in your site and at booking.com you are using good photoes or maybe from the oening day of the hotel . I dont know in which decate you are but for your information in this price you find much more better choise. Sorry but you where our worst choise in a 18 road trip through andalucia- spain andora France italy........ wake up and renovate this mess. If I could I would ask my money back . Definitely!!! But because you were asking about servey this a customers opinion. Hope to be read by a person who will use it as a positive boost for the good of the firm who's occupated Regards Panagiotis N. k.

In order to be more precise on my review and not only rating I ll give details Room number : 531 16.8.2019 Price 128 per night Room terrible just like a hospital. Plus the fact that You cant sleep. Next to a corridor which leads to swimming pool , maybe we didn't used it ofcourse, and from there are passing everyone tooooo noisy. On the other hand you have the parking where for whole night you can hear customers parking their cars.. jungle Price....no comments with this price you can find 3-4 quality classes upper for sure. In which decate are you ? Furniture...old and damaged Last but not least ..we booked it through the official site just for one night during our roadtrip crossing France. On booking.com the pictures that they use for their facilities should be from the opening / first day when the hotel opened. By the way we are frequent travelers around the world. Something that should be mentioned is that for all this MESS, 100 euros as a guarantee should be reserved !!!!! Well, 40 - 50 euros person night would be I good price for this mess and that's because it's a chain hotel ... otherwise much less.

Poor service, bad experience. They charge me a fee of 330 euros as a bail and even today, 7 days later, I didn't get back this money...I have lost lot of time talking with my bank to have an explanation. I went to Novotel Andorra and the experience was totally the opposite and they do not charge me any fee...I think this is my last time with a Novotel.

Terrible experienc the first Novotel in a long time to be' so bad . Very old Old bathrooms Overcrouded pool area. Filthy water Dirty entrance Dirty carpets very dirty carpets all over the structure Breakfast area too small for the amount of guest. Bar staff unpleasent and with no experience This hotel need to be' refurbished. Completely. It gives a bad image at the whole Novotel chain Too bad
