Unfortunately the reception failed to provide a welcome drink, always provided before to us as club members. And despite not ordering or having breakfast, on checking our bill after departure, we noticed we had been charged for two. A shame.

The bedroom was clean but there was a smell of smoke/or old carpet which was not agreeable at all. Restaurant was ok, waitress quite polite and nice but the service was too really sloow for 1 burger, 1 pizza and 1 salad. The burger came 15 min after the pizza and salad. We had terminated to eat and my son was still waiting his burger.

due to car problems we needed to stay an extra night in France and we found your hotel due to the fact that the room was big. When we arrived there was lots of things for the children, which we really appreciated. Especially the Halloween related candy they received.

I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel as I wasnt expecting too much from an overnight hotel on our way to paris. Friendly staffs, nice room, good quality bed, good breakfast spread, huge garden or park within the compound, kids activities at the lobby, free drinks in the mini bar, we even tried the pizza for room service and it tasted very good. Just felt that this is a well run hotel. Kudos.

The staff at the reception is friendly and efficient. Rooms are outdated and matrass could be better but overall still good value. Breakfast is great, excellent choice and friendly, welcoming staff, ready to help out.Have stayed several times in this hotel due to the close location of Parc Asterix.

This was a short stay as we arrived after Disney on our way home to Calais. Compared to Marne le vallee Novotel this wasn’t as good. I was left in reception waiting to check in whilst the man was on the phone there was no acknowledgement whilst I waited for at least 10/15 mins. It was clean and comfortable which is all we needed. The gates were absolute nightmare you felt you were in prison someone needs to be opening them quicker and better instructions on which button to press!!

From the outside and inside, the hotel looks old, especially the rooms. Restaurant quality is really poor. Compared with other 4 star hotels, this hotel is on a scale of 2 stars. Will never book this hotel again, high price compared with quality.
