Everyone always friendly and helpful. Rooms always clean and ready. Only wish shuttle bus would stop at front door like before but realize this bus is larges since it serves two hotels.

« Charged after check-out for breakfast that I didn't have! »

Hotel and rooms are pleasant, though expensive for an airport hotel. When I checked out, I was sent the bill for my room as expected. However, only several days later did I realise that my credit card had been billed an additional €21 for a breakfast that I did not have. I called the hotel, who confirmed this was an error and I would be refunded (which is still awaited).

« Very nice Hotel, near to the aiport. »

Hotel is very nice. Rooms are good. Water boiler inside room to make instant tea, coffee. Also complimentary water bottle inside room. Breakfast was very good. Restaurant in the hotel is small and do not have many options but the food quality is good. Hotel shuttle is best, directly from the airport to the hotel. Location is perfect if you want to stay near airport. Perfect for business trips.

« disappointing »

the bar closed too early and the staff was not very nice. Fresh orange juice at breakfast available if you do it yourself however need to leave your breakfast behind to go down a floor to be able to wash your hands. When asking the staff for help they very rudely pointed to the nectar and said to take that one instead

« Very modern and clean hotel - excellent to stay at if you're travelling by air. »

We stayed one night before our flight back to the US. Everyone was very polite - we had drinks at the bar which was very relaxing before retiring for the night in a most comfortable bed. I was able to open the window to get some fresh air which is not always possible in most hotels. The bathroom was state of the art - great shower!

« Worst travel experience in my life »

The first 5 minutes resulted in losing more than 2000 pounds, my bag was stolen from the hotel reception. Took 1 hour to get the hotel staff to look at CCTV and see what and who took my bag. People come and go as they please, their are not even guests of the hotel and they come in and do whatever they please. The most shocking thing was that the reception staff were acting like this is something normal happening everyday . This ruined the whole stay and definitely made up my mind about Brussels, and Novotel after me being victim of a crime, thei did not even offer a glass of water, just shocking customer service. I will definitely avoid znovotel in the future and make sure all the peoplei know will find out about my great experience at Novotel.

We are extremely sorry that you had to deal with this distressing incident while in our hotel and that you feel our reception team's attitude was not that expected. We can assure you that all our team members did what they could to provide you with assistance while continuing to remain as calm as possible and were readily available to take care of your needs and requests. We are all very security conscious and vigilant, however, the restaurant, bar and lobby are public areas. We worked in collaboration with the police reviewing very thoroughly all our CCTV footage, which can, unfortunately, take a certain amount of time due to the sheer volume of images. As in all large cities and with the passage of people, we do advise our guests to keep their belongings with them at all times and if necessary our reception would be very happy to take them into their care if they have to absent themselves for any length of time. it was somehow ok , I would say the price was higher than room value, it would be fair if the breakfast was included in this price. for example, the light switch for table lamp was not working properly and the time was very small to notice (the bottom of tv screen) , an alarm radio was clock display would be better, also the sofa was out of date. the room was quite but there was a light fixture outside the window that is on all night and directed to the window it self.
