Very bad experience in terms of checkin, breakfast and room quality. You don’t have even a toaster in the hotel!!!the grilled sandwich maker which is used as toaster also did not work

There were many ants crawling in the room throughout my stay, bringing into question the hotel's hygiene.

Menu is great, the best of the hotel as well as general facilities! However, during the week I stayed, room service was not the appropriate one since it took more than a hour to delivery what I ordered. The background music can have more variety and the smell in the halls need to be reviewed.

The room and front desk service was good. I had dinner and breakfast at the restaurant. The salmon asked for dinner was not cooked enough and the eggs and bacon for the breakfast were cold. I was expecting more from the restaurant.

The hotel has good space, view, service... there are 2!main problems in my opinion. The restaurant does no have well trainned staff. They are jund people, but not trained for a restaurant. The food is ok. Talking about São Paulo. could be much better. Also there is no opinion for conjugated rooms. As I have a big Family I had to sleep in a different room from my husband to take care of the children.

Noises and issues with the Restaurant

Room acoustic problem. A lot of noise coming from outside to the room and I also faced delays in the restaurant order. I ordered bucket ice, Pasta, Chicken Cesar Salad asking to bring me the bucket ice first. the bucket ice just got in the room a long time after the places and my chicken Cesar salad just came without chicken. I complain about the salad and they replaced it, but, I felt a weak flavor of fish in the salad. How a Cesar Salad could be done with a Fish sauce? By the way, I am fish allergic. The expensive price that I paid for my stay, doesn't justify the bad experience that I got.
