« Great location »

If you are looking for somewhere quiet away from the main city centre then this is ideal. Easily accessed by car and with free parking. Also metro and tram stops are only 300 metres way. Staff are friendly, beds are so comfortable and breakfast is good too

I arrived around midnight and upon arrival, I realized that my reservation (of 3 nights) was canceled when I was on the plane. The person who did the check-in was kind enough to give one room and to give me the option to stay one night (instead of 3) with the checkout at 2 pm. I realized that my room was the only renovated room in my area on the floor. I woke up in the morning with a lot of noise coming from the neighboring rooms where there is "construction" and people are working to renovate them. From 12.30 to 1.30, I was called at least 4-5 times to (1) decide if I am leaving or no. (2) to leave the room when I was pissed off of the calls received. The final call I received was a "warning" if I won't leave the room, I will be charged for the second night. I expressed that how come I have been 5 times to leave the room while I was given the time till 2pm. then, the lady informed that she doesn't have the information that I am given a late checkout till 2pm. Finally, It was a so bad experience

Basic hotel with a little touch of style. Super, super clean and the bed was really confortable. Good breakfast with lot of choice. And over the top, AMAZING, AMAZING staff !! From the different hostess at the reception, the very nice guy who take care of the lunch area up to the housekeepers, everybody contribute to make me feel welcome. Thank you everybody.

It was overall OK.However, at the end of my stay, I wanted to pay cash, but I was told I had been already checked out by mistake and my credit card debited. Checkout occurred around 9 am. I am still wondering how you can check out people by mistake...

The staff was very congenial and helpful and the location of the hotel is very convenient for my business affairs. I was given a ground floor room, which is typically fine. Unfortunately, the room was quite warm and the air conditioning did not function well, nor could the windows be opened. This made sleeping a bit uncomfortable.

good as ever. helpful staff for parking. My problem with this hotel is linked to the website booking. I have to call to verify if triple rooms available, book a double on line, call again to confirm triple room against reservation. Why can't i just reserve a triple for my wife and daughter (10) on the website?

« I booked a room with the "advance saver" offer which indicates that breakfast is included. This is not true »

The hotel was okay. Basic but clean. However, false publicity on the breakfast. I specifically booked this room on internet and paid ahead of time in order to get the room plus breakfast included. This is what was stated on the site. When I went to check out, I was told that I had to pay for two breakfasts, mine and my child's. It says on the reservation that I had to pay for my child's, which is fine. However, when I questioned the receptionist, he explained that the pre-payment only charges for the room. Breakfast is extra. Basically, the site gives false information or the hotel staff member was being dishonest. Not sure in terms of future hotel bookings with Accor.
