The night staff was really disrespectful no customer service at all so rude. The room weren’t cleaned properly found a dirty women’s bra in the wardrobe no toiletries at all. Reception wouldn’t even answer the phone to would physically have to walk down my self. A big NO to stay here ever again. Would highly recommend to avoid

I was greeted at the front desk by a well dressed gentleman. He quickly located my information and set me on my way. The room I was given was immaculately presented and evidently clean in the current pandemic. The staff were always professional and very helpful. My stay was hassle-free and I will be back later this week.

I have nothing but admiration for the staff who are working so hard to ensure guests have a good stay despite the number of limitations at this difficult time. Nothing was too much trouble. The manager was extremely helpful ensuring, via email, prior to arrival that I had the relevant documents to show I was travelling for work. She even kindly took a delivery of face visors for me which was very much appreciated! I cannot fault the safety measures that have been put in to protect both staff and guests. It's a sad and horribly difficult time for the hospitality industry and I was grateful for a place to stay so that I could work.

Not the greatest experience at check in. Was shouted at, as the staff member didn’t hear my surname, my status as being a member of the rewards programme was not mentioned (and I didn’t get my voucher for a drink), and at one point he seemed more interested in carrying on a conversation with his colleagues than dealing with me. My ID was not checked (to show I was a key worker) and I did not have my temperature taken. Room was clean and comfortable with a great shower. Had to ask for even the most basic amenities though due to the virus. Room service menu and how to order seemed so confusing I didn’t bother. Gym somehow remained open and internal fire doors were closed, which meant you had to touch them, which was a worry in terms of the virus. Not a bad stay, but staff training needs to be better and a few things not done too well.

We stayed at Novotel, Coventry M6 J3 from 27th November to 13th December whilst waiting for the sale of our house to go through. Everyone from the team especially their Manager, Sharon was very helpful, friendly and accommodating. We contacted Sharon and she booked the stay for us and reassured us that we can change the booking depending on our circumstances which made it stress free. We couldn't thank them enough for giving us a good home for 17 days. You have done a great job even in this difficult time of the pandemic. The room was clean and spacious, nice and comfy bed, fridge and sofa was an advantage and good parking. Thank you so much from Mark, Maria and Rags the mini Schnauzer.
