Have stayed with Novotel many times in different countries and this stay did not disappoint. We stayed here as a large family group (11 adults and one child) who were in the area to attend a family funeral. Our rooms were very clean and comfortable and the bathrooms were super clean and modern with plenty of fresh towels and toiletries. We all ate together in the restaurant and could not fault the service or the food which was very good indeed. In particular the staff were superb and could not do enough for us, both at the restaurant, bar and reception. The hospitality in particular of the manager Fadika was excellent; he was friendly, helpful, professional and nothing was too much trouble. It didn't feel like we were staying in a hotel chain and we all felt very well looked after. Location is also great being close to the M6 and within easy reach of Coventry centre. Would highly recommend.

I asked for a warm and quiet room and was given a room close to the lift and the heating did not work sufficiently to heat the room. Your staff moved me to another room and gave me a heater to keep warm. As a vegan that doesn't eat gluten, I appreciate that I may have limited choices when I stay away from home but there was only one gluten-free vegan main meal on the menu and it wasn't available for my entire stay of 3 nights. You were not able to provide a hot meal in one of the coldest weeks in January. I'm flabbergasted that you do not have staff that can make a vegetable stir fry or veggie curry. It's shocking for a company of your size. Having said that...your staff on duty were very apologetic but did not have the resources to resolve this. It was suggested that I order a delivery that they would allow me to eat in the restaurant as a gesture.

Helen was extremely efficient. Took the meeting room booking and then the overnight booking Smooth and easy. On the day, nothing was too much to facilitate. Lobby was EXCELLENT.

Poor stay. Poor company

For the last 6 months I’ve been staying in the Novotel. And for 6 months I’ve been battling with the loyalty program. Loosing nights, not rewarding nights. Wrong membership number. As a result I’ve cancelled all my upcoming nights and will be staying in the Hilton. Avoid!
