Rooms were good , but I have to say that me and many of my colleagues suffer from one thing. It was probably eggs which was served because EVERY DAY after breakfast I spend 45 minutes to hour on the toilet because I have such diarrhea. After dinners situation was the same

Well located for our trip abroad, altho high prize in the room water bottle was missing, there was bad smell from the toilet persisting during the stay, parking additionally 30 zł paid, quite loud, breakfast full of varieties but unfortunately a few empty containers, no tea glasses, espresso coffee spilled from too small glasses, no space for placing the tray while putting the ingredients and also it was difficult to find available table.

this will not be your best Novotel experience for sure... This was my lucky Stay: problem with parking gate, problem with room card changed twice, sink and shower defect, room not properly cleaned... I tried to forget about this with a nice meal and a glass... but this turned out to make things worse! waiting time despite very limited number of guests, terrible food quality, not even possible to get a glass of wine that day....

The policy of only cleaning the room every 5 days is not one I support.

We care about the health and safety of our guests, so we introduced restrictive rules for cleaning the rooms and we clean every fifth night and upon guest request. Two stays - two sides

We've stayed there on Monday 27.07.2020 for the first time and we're enchanted. Great room and great service as well. For me this place is (was?) much nicer that Novotel/Ibis near Powstańców Śląskich street. We're so happy about it, that we decided to stay there few days later, on Thursday 30.07, instead of looking for another hotel. And I really like to check some new hotel ;) This time price was higher, but well, that's normal – it's depends on occupancy. I even asked for the same room, 234. Unfortunately we got room 148. It turned out that this room wasn't change according to Accor's N'Room project – old style bathroom with bathtub instead shower, different details, no coffee machine etc. And crème de la crème – view on the ...wall. In my opinion it was room with lower standard and it's misleading for customer that those both rooms are named Superior Room. Pity, because my enthusiasm after first stay is gone.

Szanowny Panie Radosławie, Bardzo serdecznie dziękuję, że zechciał Pan wybrać ofertę naszego hotelu będąc w naszym pięknym Wrocławiu. Dziękuję także bardzo gorąco za komentarz odnoszący się do każdego z pobytów, bowiem każda opinia naszych Gości jest dla nas bardzo cenna. Sprawił nam Pan wielka radość, co jest najpiękniejszym gestem naszych Gości opisując naszą gościność i otwartość naszego zespołu. W imieniu wszystkich bardzo gorąco dziękuję. Pozwolę sie odnieść do komentarza o drugim Pana pobycie. Ze względu na reżim sanitarny mamy ograniczoną pulę pokoi, które są przeznaczone do kwarantanny dla bezpieczeństwa naszych Gości. Tym samym niestety nie jesteśmy w stanie w niektórych dniach oferować naszym stałym Gościom przy kolejnych pobytach ich ulubionych pokoi, co zawsze staraliśmy sie robić. Przykro nam bardzo, że tym razem nie zdołaliśmy spełnić Pana oczekiwań. Wszystkie pokoje w hotelu są zmodernizowane do standardu N'Room, jednakże łazienki w tych pokojach 50/50 są o 2 standardach" N'Room z roku 2018/2019 oraz Novation (biały wystrój z elementami niebieskimi) z roku 2017. Zaledwie 5 pokoi w hotelu jest z wanną, które to wyposażenie także nasi Goście czasami sobie życzą. Bedziemy pamiętać, aby podczas kolejnego pobytu zaproponować Panu pokój, o jakim Pan pisze. Ekspres do kawy jest wyposażeniem pokoi o podwyższonym standardzie Executive.. Mam nadzieję, że odwiedzi nas Pan ponownie i będziemy mogli zaprezentowac oczekiwany przez Pana poziom naszych usług.
