We stayed 2 nights. We arrived early and upon checkin the receptionist told us she would call when the room was ready. No phone call. We returned at 3pm and room was ready. F&B staff were not customer focused at all. No initiative used. Eg: pid a full cocktail price for a mocktail because it wasnt a mocktail on the menu. Long wait times at bars and for coffee’s in the mornings at breakfast. A bird had flown inside and was constantly landing near us. Young staff couldnt even be bothered to open the door next to us even when asked so the bird would fly out. No effort put in at all. Assume staff are new and you are trying to get back into a pre covid rhythm. Staff were the let down. Meals, rooms and facilities were fantastic

Well located, good pool

The place was nice but older than expected particularly the floors and tiling in the bathrooms, the balconies too small to be useful for drinks and snacks and definitely not worth the $517 per night we were charged - unfortunately we did not know the Ironman was on at the same time when the booking was made
