Super service from all staff. The girls on the arrivals desk were so helpful and tried to find us an upgrade for the room, but sadly none available. Maybe next time I will book the next grade room, as found ours a little small for our needs. The staff in the bar were fun and efficient. The valet parking gentlemen were helpful and attentive.

Everyone at the front office staff were always hospital. Beatrice the Front Office manager worked through a difficult problem with our room safe malfunction. Bertrand was everywhere and always with a smile and extraordinary spirit of hospitality and did zi mention his smile! . Sofia took our reservation accurately and arranged for an early check-in flawlessly.

From wanting the hotel the atmosphere was one of friendly and sensitive service. The room was satisfactory as was the shower. Housekeeping was responsive and given the location that valet service was very much appreciated. The breakfast was good quality and generous though I must say the food in the bar hit below expectation in both taste and value.

My status as platinum m. has not been updated. Apart from the welcome drink, there was nothing related to the m. status. Actually not even an empty shower gel bottle has been replaced (over 3 nights). Hoped getting the highest status for a bit more quality and comfort ..

With the exception of the fact that you double-charged my room (as a member of the Greek Parliament participating in the Council of Europe the expenses were paid by the Greek delegation and you also debited my credit card and in fact well over the expense) all the rest it was good. Theodore R.

Stayed for two nights for a business trip. The hotel was very easy to get to from the main train station (it's well withing walking distance). The staff were super friendly, and the room was nice. They had a small fitness, which was great in the morning. The meeting rooms were also nice, and did not feature those annoyingly coloured rugs found in so many places. Well worth it, would stay there again.

Very good service at reception, both check in and out. Short walking from the bus. Breakfast quite good, lunch not so good. Room equipment was very good.
