The hotel room had a hole in the ceiling and small amounts of peeling paint around the door. The walls and doors were thin and let in a lot of sound making it difficult to sleep because of the noise.

We took a bus to the wrong hotel because the airport signs were not clear. As a result we had to take a taxi back to the hotel. Hotel staff was great. Price too high, not the greatest value for your money.

decent stay, room was clean, however i was surprised to pay the 5 euro room service fee as ordering room service was an obligation due to the measures taken in sight of the COVID-19, in addition i was very disappointed by the food which i will only describe as abysmal. Apart from these two points the stay was satisfactory and concierge service pretty good.

The front desk clerk was slow, inefficient and didn't seem very competent

No room upgrade, welcome gift, I didn’t even get a drink offered, I had to ask for a drink. Once again Accor Europe needs to take a look at brand in Asia to realise how hospitality should be. I have a choice of many hotel brands, and have been at the highest level of IHG, Marriott and Hilton. And of all the brands the Accor one gets let down by poor hospitality for loyal members, by hotels like yours

Restaurant was surprisingly good. Nice and close to the airport, clean rooms, and a good rate. If you have just carry on bags it is less than 10 min walk to the terminal train. If you have a big bag or two plan for a taxi in the morning. Staff is friendly and no issues otherwise.

It took me about 20 min to reach Terminal 2G from the hotel. The room was comfortable. If a lady at the desk when I was checking out was more friendly, I could give a full mark.

Since I had an early flight from CdG airport in Paris, I chose this airport hotel. The hotel personnel was very friendly and the rooms beautiful and spacious, but there was a setback: I couldn't have any breakfast before 6 am, not even by room service. Very strange for a 4-star hotel, especially when I heard from fellow passengers that in other airport hotels of lesser quality it had been possible. If you have a flight from terminal 3, this hotel is not ideally located, you'll have to take a taxi. It is a costly affair for such a short distance, 25 €.

On arrival the 3 of us were given only 1 access card, and only 2 meal vouchers. Once we entered the room we discovered there was only 1 bed for the 3 of us, and there was a hole in sheets. When I went down stairs to ask for a change of room, or a bed, they gave us a baby’s cot, however my daughters 4 years old and sleeps in a bed, and over the past 3 weeks travelling through Europe in equal or lesser value rooms they always gave us another bed for her as we booked it like we did this time. Then to top off our stay, when we went for dinner, the restaurant wasn’t open till 7pm, then the staff proceed to inform us that our dinner vouchers were only worth €25 each, however in the terms and conditions it clearly stated a entire and main, or main and desert plus drinks, I then had to spend 20mins trying to convince them which they wouldn’t accept, then more time with the reception ladies until they finally understood. Due to this hassle we then received rude service at the restaurant, out of the 6 tables we were the last to receive our meals. My first option was not available, my daughters burger I asked for well done on the meat and it was almost raw and the waiter said that nothing could be done. My wife ordered the pasta and vegetable meal but received a chicken pasta. The steak I ordered was very chewy and the steamed Vegetables I asked for, were green beans smothered in butter, when I explained that I could eat dairy or butter 3 times. I’ve never ever complained about anything before as I work in a service industry, but this was the most appalling service and experience I’ve ever had.

I arrived at the hotel just before 11 to be told that all restaurants were closed, and the only food was via room service. I thought not a problem as it did say 24hr room service. So I went to the bar hoping to get a quick drink before heading to the room. I sat there for 10 minutes and no bar tender materialised. I gave up and headed to my room. I phoned room service. I was asked to wait, upon which the person who had answered put the phone on a trolley and continued to (I guess) wall around the kitchen. All I could hear was the squeak of the wheels and jangling of cutlery and glasses. Eventually the gentleman picked up the phone again and asked me what I wanted. I asked for the burger. I was told that this was not available and all I could have was either a vegetable soup, or a duck club sandwich. Somewhat disappointed, I ordered the latter. Some 30 minutes later, the food arrived. However, the bread was doggie on the outside (certainly had not just been toasted) and it was almost frozen on the inside. It had clearly not been freshly made. I phoned to make a complaint. The gentleman hung up. I phoned reception and stated I refused to eat the food. It was now 12:30 so I went to bed hungry leaving the tray outside the room. I didn’t get an apology when I checked out in the morning. I will never stay at a Mercure again.
