« Good option for a one night stay in the center »

The location is excellent. The access to parks g is inconvenient and not safe. The room was spacious for a family of four. The AC and Heater did not work. The rooms/hotel is outdated and needs improvements. We had dinner at the hotel and it was excellent.

Good familyhotel in good location, but very outdated building, rooms and efficiency. Needs modernization. Elevator 3 smelled of urine, breakfast logistics nightmare. Unhappy staff except for 1 man at reception

Car parking spaces not marked reserved for hotel guests only, the hotel was very dirty and needs a refurb especially the bedroom, staff very helpful and food excellent.

Excellent hotel right in the city center and close to all attractions. Hotel parking is spotless and very nice with direct access with the elevator to the hotel. Breakfast is plentiful and very good and the dinner is even better.

« As always we had the same good and nice "Novotel" experience »

From the moment we entered the hotel, we recognized the wonderful scent* that we experience in each Novotel. This positive experience continued in the hotel room, where we noticed the same "ambience" as we had in previous stays in other Novotel hotels. Quality of diner and breakfast was also excellent. I also appreciate the Welcome drink as a Silver member. It is a pity that the Welcome drink is not the same "category" in all hotels. During our stays in La Grande Motte, my wife had a cocktail as Welcome drink. In Metz, it was not possible; only beer or wine as alcohol. Looking forward for the next stay in a Notovel somewhere in Europe. * is it possible to purchase this scent to use at home?

Very sad experience. In the most uncomfortable corner of Metz city center. A dark and badly maintained building. Bad pillows. Bathroom not clean, moldy shower, one small bottle of water in a double room, in short: severely insufficient.
