A nightmare, far from the what you would expect from an IBIS

The room was filthy. The floor carpet needs to be replaced. Things don't work. The sink won't drain. There was no hot water at 10pm. To make it all even worse, a fight broke up in the middle of the night and woke me up.

Only good thing I can say about hotel is location to luas otherwise hotel is dirty. Badly in need of renovation. Smell of stale cigarette smoke in room. Hotel was full of Ukraine refugees and while they need somewhere to stay I feel hotel should not sell rooms to public then. We did not get hotel experience, bar was closed food was served after the residents from Ukraine feed first. People walking around in pj's and slippers. The hotel should have paid us the 209 euro to stay

Location was good, close to redcow luas. Bads were comfortable, we got woken by someone walking into room at 8.30am (knocked and walked straight in)

I have stayed at other ibis locations and I think this one was not as clean as the other locations. There were some issues checking in but they got sorted. The wifi was not working.
