Easy reservation, staff responsive, easy online check-in. At the hotel, nice clean room, comfy bed, extremely quiet even with open window. Meal in room was good except main course lukewarm- we didn’t see the microwave at the bar, but one shouldn’t have to use it in these circumstances. Bathroom very small. Paint needs refreshing. This was a stay during curfew period so hard to tell what hotel is like if fully occupied.

this is an extremely handy hotel for our annual ski trip to the alps, we rest overnight and arrive in our resort at lunchtime the next day, located very close to the motorway.

Bathroom shower area very dangerous for disabled people, my husband fell even though he had a towel on the shower area and a towel on the floor outside. When we mentioned it we told there was a sign in French saying something about non slip mats. Next time I will take my own.!!!!

We had room 112 it is looking very tired in the shower area. VERY VERY dangerous. My husband and I have both fallen getting out of the shower - we even placed towels on the step in area and on the floor outside but husband fell badly. We were not advised they had non slip pads until leaving hotel the next morning. Do you not have a disabled room that would be in the ground floor and would be safe for two disabled customers.
