It was very difficult to access the hotel. First, our sat nav wanted to access a road temporally closed, and we only we able to find our way because we had previously lived nearby. Second, it was a mystery as to how to get into the hotel, which was behind a high wire fence and a huge metal gate. Eventually we found an enter phone by the gate, and the way was opened. The room was clean and cheerful. It was rather noisy during the night, and we were awakened by several loud bangs. Then someone banged on our door, I guess by mistake.

Regular stopover on journeys to and from the Continent. Reliable standards of comfort, good food, and helpful staff. A bonus this time was the entertainment during supper, especially 'Bad Moon Rising'!

Great hotel for me to stay on way back from Germany . Got something to eat and a drink, good WiFi and secure parking. All good. Really nice staff, especially the lady on reception at checkout.

trip was for business. reception staff were perfect. room clean although room heater not sufficient for cold nights. restaurant was good, although 2 menu items had already run out. staff again very friendly and helpful. would definitely sta.y here again

The hotel is set back and not well signposted so it took a long time to find it. Room was comfortable and clean but quite small. Breakfast was provided but if you did not get down early then very little food was left.

Good location disappointing breakfast

The check in process was swift, and we were asked if we wanted a shower or a bath, which we liked. The room was small but adequate for our needs. It was difficult to pass one another at the end of the bed. The wardrobe was adequate for our 2 night stay, with shelves and hangers. The bathroom was clean and bright, but the step into and out of the bath was very big, and although we are both active and supple, we were cautious with our stepping. The towels were a decent size. It was a quiet room and the bed was a good size and comfortable. There were a couple of sockets in the room including a USB charging point, which was a good touch. There were not tea and coffee making facilities in the room. The car park was not as big as I would have expected for the size o the hotel, although we did park within the grounds on both nights, although one night was not in a set parking area. We were though very disappointed with the breakfast. We came down at 9.30 on Friday morning to find much of the breakfast bit not available, such as bread, croissants, etc. along with a lack of cutlery and crockery. We were also unable to find somewhere to sit and eat breakfast if we had chosen to stay. As there was a queue of people waiting for seats w asked for a refund of our breakfast, and went elsewhere. The following day we came down and again we had to wait for a place to sit down, and then ask for crockery. The staff were very pleasant and were doing their best to refill things, but either the kitchen didn't have enough staff or there was not enough food to prepare. The was cornflakes and a chocolate cereal, along with yoghurts, chopped fruit, baguettes, and crepes. The jams were almost empty and they brought out croissants and chocolate croissants. The coffee was good from the machine but this did take a while to organise. Despite the breakfast issues we would stay again as the hotel was convenient for our needs, however we would probably not book ourselves in for breakfast.

Good location, very good service., very good bed. Good value for money. Don't expect to be in a great hotel, but you never get a bad surprise here.

I had to stay at Lille for 2 days, for the purpose of giving a training at a client's company. I selected ibis for that purpose and because I've stayed at ibis hotels elsewhere before. I do not have anything special to say. The room was of just the right size and with everything someone should need. There was enough space to sleep, to work and to arrange your clothes for a few days stay. There were enough wall outlets to connect my computer, my smartphone and my wrist watch. I find the light in the bathroom to be somewhat inadequate to put on my contact lenses. Diner and breakfast where ok. As there were no eggs available even quite early in the morning, I would not have put the (2!) eggs boiling machines on display.

The hotel and the room were utilitarian.

The room was clean and quiet and served it's purpose. I did arrive late one night back at the hotel and it was confusing to open the gate to the lot. Overall I was content.

The hotel is very convenient and the staff were very nice but it is a pity that when they spent money refurbishing in the last 12 months they didn't include air conditioning as it would have been much more useful than the pinball machine or the table football or the bizarre wall and door paintings

A good location with ample parking and easy access to the motorways. Rooms and services of the usual high standard for an Ibis hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Nice plus to have a restaurant serving local dishes as well as a standard menu. Breakfast buffet always well stocked and fresh.

the staff was friendly and helpful. We got our room even though we arrived too early in the morning., the room was clean end pleasant, excellent breakfast and the hotel is very convenient for public transport to Lille. Free parking. We will use this hotel again. Very good value for money.
