Clean but worn out hotel. Great location. Friendly staff. Regular thorough cleaning. Good free wifi. The hotel is very worn out. You must wait or dance near the front door for the sensor to work. The room has a lot of damage. The door is skewed and hard to close. The door needs to be closed - very poor sound insulation due to noise in the corridor. The clamshell is poorly fixed - the lock does not work. There is practically no space for luggage. The ventilation was buzzing twice, like an old vacuum cleaner - interfered with sleep.

« 3rd bed not suitable for an adult man »

Dear sir. Your staff was very frienly and helpfull at all times and i would like you to know this. I booked at your hotel via hotels. Com a room for 3 adult persons. The photos of the room and mainly for the 3rd bed was not the reality at the hotel room. At my reservation i mentioned i dont want folding beds for the 3rd bed. The 3rd bed was a folding one with a small matress and at the side a 25 cm extra matress to keep the first mattress in place. I didnt sleep well and i hit the upper bed cupboard multiple times. Your reception staff only suggested yo pay the difference for a room upgrade. Other than that there was some paint issues on the bathroom walls that looks dirty. For all the above - i have fotos if you care to see- i dont think i would stay or recommend an ibis hotel. Regards

Globally it went well but I was very disappointed with drinks offering at the bar. Only one beer and an expensive one. Wine list next to nothing. No bottle of water in the room.

« Okay Stay »

At the time i was visiting Paris, most hotels were fully booked and i found space at the ibis Paris Porte de Bagnolet. The place is okay but could do with an improvement on overall cleanliness particularly at the entrance both inside and outside but particularly more the latter. The reception staff were great and welcoming. The breakfast needs a better sense of imagination and variety. My room was okay but the double bed were two single beds joined together with just the covering sheet and cover being "double". The location is rather far but transport connections are good. Please do something on the stairs outside joining the rump to the mall, it is dirty, no, filthy and smells of urine. I mentioned this to the receptionist and she says that the establishment is aware but its the responsibility of the Council. Okay, this might be the case, but i 'm not convinced with the explanation, who is being adversely affected by this, the council or ibis hotel. also even if its the council's responsibility where is ibis's sense of corporate social responsibility? The reception lady, cant remember her name, the one with glasses, was very welcoming and helpful. The price was however rather on the higher side at 150 Euros, it was rather expensinve and over priced.

Rooms are very small for sharing families. No usb charge point for mobile. Children’s beds are health hazard. Breakfast was very poor selection, same every day. How ever staffs were very friendly

The experience was good .hotel well placed where one can access public transport easy .they offered good breakfast with a wide variety of choices. The rooms are very small though and makes the space suffocating as one has to manoeuvre well around the room .the room was clean and cleaned everyday. However the hotel cleanliness in general does not give a good impression. The carpets in the reception and hall ways needs a total make over .otherwise if one is to judge by that, one would think the hotel is not clean especially that the reception is the face of the business.

The bar had fairly short opening hours and was frequently unstaffed, the air conditioning in the rooms wasn't really air conditioning but more of a cool air blower. The carpets throughout the hotel are covered in stains and generally quite dated and the views from the rooms weren't ideal, although I appreciate you have less control over that.

Bad location, if I knew it in advance, i would have choosen another location (not just peripherical highway, but also the access, the prostitution very close to the entrance).

« Good hotel, clean and tidy, enough to be satisfied »

Overall a good stay. Clean, tidy, friendly and helpful staff. Location is slightly out of main Paris, but the hotel is very close to the Metro which will get you to the centre in half an hour. Didn't try the restaurant so can't comment on the food/drinks. In my opinion it is slightly overpriced for what it is, but none-the-less a reasonably good stay.

« Worst stay experience in ibis »

Air conditioning not working at all... We filling as we are staying in heating room.... Informed to reception, but nothing happened.... Never expected such thing in ibis... I had stayed in Delhi, pattaya ibis before, this was worst ibis.... Not valuable at all.

« Expectations overpassed »

Based on the price and location, I wasn’t expecting much more than a clean place to sleep while visiting Paris. It turns out that the attitude of the staff actually made my stay very pleasant. Both reception and restaurant staff went the extra mile to make our stay pleasant. Breakfast was very good and I even got gluten free bread upon request. In a nutshell, this hotel fulfilled all our needs and surpassed our expectations thanks to the great attitude of the staff. No frills but good value for the price, clean installations, very good breakfast, great staff.

« bad customer service from the lady manager »

i stayd there for 4 days and the lady ho is on charge i believe of payment came to the room to ask for a payment of the 3rd day in the very bad attitude,and saying that they didn’t see my previous payment.i went downstairs to check what was going on,i found out that it’s was a mistake from them so she didn’t even come up to apologise.i don’t think she’s good on that position.
