Hotel adequate, gluten free bread but no cereal, as stated on hotel info. Staff not particularly friendly especially in the restaurant. Gluten free option for dinner was woeful. Hotel clean apart from stairwells.

Convenient work-related stay at Ibis Porte d'Italie. Quality is consistent and comfortable. Buffet breakfast is good value, and if you cannot find time to enjoy Paris 'haute cuisine', then the evening meals are adequate.

The reception person was rude when we checked in, room was dirty, put the do not come in sign on and they still came in, wasn’t helpful when asked to get to airport. All round awful

« Nice room, bad paperwork »

The room was good. At check-in, they told me that the breakfast is included. At checkout they charged me extra for the breakfast. I have told them that I need a receipt with my correct business address on it in order to do my travel expenses. They sent me a receipt with a receipt with the complete wrong company name and address.

« Room nice, service at the desk lackluster »

Check-in and check-out could both have been a bit easier, the room was clean, however shortly after arriving housekeeping did come in. Check-out was a bit confusing, not sure whether we had to wait to check-out or could use the express check-out. Check-in wasn't the easiest due to the receptionist only speaking a little English made it a little harder. Also, the receptionist wanted to help someone else at the same time was a little annoying. I am personally not a fan of people cutting lines.

The AC was not working properly. The staff did change our room, but not after being questioned as if we were lying. Once they noticed it was not working they accommodated us into a different room. Some of the other staff were very nice but not all.

« Lack of knowing what is going »

I have stayed many times at this hotel and this time everything simply did not seem to work. My room was pre-paid as confirmed at check-in but when I checked out I was told too pay for the room. He then corrected his mistake but still charged my credit card for the room so I have paid twice!!!!! We are trying to resolve the issue but it left me with a very bad feeling towards your hotel. Not worth the hassle....

« Always a good experience at this IBIS »

Check in was easy and efficient. Staff are always always pleasant. I love that I can leave my luggage on the day I check out of the hotel, and pick it up later, after a day of exploring Paris. IBIS Porte d'italie makes everything easy. My room was nice and clean, the bed and pillows were comfortable.

Great staff; very comfortable; good food - my only criticism this time was that the WiFi tended to break down. Otherwise reliably honest and comfy. Great parking facilities; visit the cemetery nearby - where the Le Pen grandmother is buried.

I was astonished at the poor level of customer service. This was the only place in Paris where i experienced the infamous Parisian attitude. There was little helpfulness from the front desk and we were told that the food and coffee had run out at breakfast when visitors had paid for breakfast and we could see food available in the group side of the dining room.
