Nice staff, quick service, good for the price.

I was not imagining hotel rooms looks like this. not on over 100 eur per night there was no kettle, no fridge, not even a small bottle of water in that room. the hair drier was ancient and sooo slow. the shower cubicle had mould all over it. the bathroom was so small. there was no carpet anywhere on the room and obviously no slippers so then it was unpleasant to be there. i went to ask for a tea at night and they gave me a cup of tap lukewarm water and a separate envelope mini tea bag. no sugar. no spoon nothing and charged me 2.5 euros for it. breakfast had very few options. I am definitely never going back there.

All good if we put aside - 1 lift work on going (even if the date mentioned was passed - good for some exercise depending the flat you were on) - shower tray a bit blocked: I told so, was a bit better the next day - 1 cockroach, coming from behind the bathroom mirror, killed Hotel people were all nice

Good location, clean hotel and what was a good stay until I realised that when the cleaner who was cleaning my room after the first night took the liberty of emptying the brand new bottle of moisturiser and other toiletries I had left in the bathroom out into their own container or whatever they used, I came to use them the following evening only to discover they had been emptied out and there was barely any left for me to use. It is very disappointing that I cannot leave my belongings (even toiletries) in the room when I am not there as the cleaners can clearly not be trusted. Next time I will think twice at staying at ibis hotels and if I have to then I will have to lock my belongings up. Very disappointing and such a shame that my experience has been ruined like this.

For us the location is too far away. And its quite hard to get transportation. Its outside porte d italie anyway. No minimarket outside the hotel

In general i am satisfied with my accommodation in IBIS. The hotel was warm and clean, the room toilet was not really good. There is just one lift working in hotel, it means i have to wait long time to get it. There was not water boiler in the room, i think something like this is important

Room needs refurbished. Bits missing from flooring at side of the bed. Mould in the bathroom. Toilet too close to door. Tiles on the ceiling hanging down in room. Air conditioning vent was all bent. Lift had dirty walls and carpet and rattled.

I stay there regularly so I know it well. The lift improvements had an impact, but i am fit enough to use the stairs!

Room was ok, hotel also ok (need renovation but still fine), but really impolite staff, no maps (it especially important when there are strikes in Paris), no effort to call taxi. I understand that there was a strike, but the staff was very not organised, put no efforts. They said the taxi will come on 8 am. We came 8 am to reception they said sorry no taxi. In such case they should say this information much earlier. Besides, the phone in number 615 is not working, so it's impossible to call to reception from the room. Really I am disappointed with this non-organisation of the staff.

Hotel adequate, gluten free bread but no cereal, as stated on hotel info. Staff not particularly friendly especially in the restaurant. Gluten free option for dinner was woeful. Hotel clean apart from stairwells.

Convenient work-related stay at Ibis Porte d'Italie. Quality is consistent and comfortable. Buffet breakfast is good value, and if you cannot find time to enjoy Paris 'haute cuisine', then the evening meals are adequate.

The reception person was rude when we checked in, room was dirty, put the do not come in sign on and they still came in, wasn’t helpful when asked to get to airport. All round awful

The room was good. At check-in, they told me that the breakfast is included. At checkout they charged me extra for the breakfast. I have told them that I need a receipt with my correct business address on it in order to do my travel expenses. They sent me a receipt with a receipt with the complete wrong company name and address.

Check-in and check-out could both have been a bit easier, the room was clean, however shortly after arriving housekeeping did come in. Check-out was a bit confusing, not sure whether we had to wait to check-out or could use the express check-out. Check-in wasn't the easiest due to the receptionist only speaking a little English made it a little harder. Also, the receptionist wanted to help someone else at the same time was a little annoying. I am personally not a fan of people cutting lines.
