We stayed at this hotel for two nights during our stay in Paris. It has the usual features of an Ibis hotel with a full set of washroom in one room (unlike the Ibis budget ones) and it is located around a 10 minute walk to the Line 4 subway. It is pretty much far from the main attractions in Paris, but it is easily reachable via the subway regardless. The breakfast buffet was just cold breakfast. I did not see hot meals served. The breakfast room is actually separate from the restaurant area so that was interesting.

The room - and the hotel in general , is clean. The bed is comfortable. The breakfast is excellent. The location, a bit far from the center of Paris, but there is a good metro connection.

Had to ask for glasses, towels and spoons which they never gave. Bar is always closed, people don’t speak english. Had staff members coming into the room at random times “by accident “ every day. The rooms are very dirty and smelly. Staff are very rude and unprofessional. Give false information about check in check out times. Not worth the money! Bad location as well. Had drilling sounds which could not let sleep the last night of the stay. Water pressure is so bad it’s almost impossible to shower, sinks are clogged you have to wait for a long time to brush your teeth so it doesn’t flood the bathroom. There was nothing provided such as food, coffee machine or even tea!
