For the most part friendly staff but amenities were low and so was the over feel of the hotel. Dirty lobby furniture, beds were less than comfortable, rooms need upgraded and I felt as though I was staying in a jail cell. Rooms only big enough for 1 person to stay in.

One of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at. Hygiene was poor, towels were dirty, toilet door didn’t lock and the room smelt weird. The receptionist staff seemed confused as there was a language barrier as many of them spoke French and we’re confused when we would come to them with issues in our room and would turn us away by saying ‘the electrician is coming tomorrow’ when we clearly stated the darkness in our room that we all had to get ready using our phone’s torch and by leaving the toilet door open to let light into the bedroom. The hotel looked nothing like it did on google images so we we’re catfished to a certain level and there was a broken wheelchair left outside of our door which kept blocking us getting in and out of the hotel room. We kindly asked them to remove it as this looked very unprofessional and they said that there was ‘no where else to put it’ so it had to be left there. This ruined our experience in France as we came there for a short stay so I would NEVER return to this hotel again.

Really brilliant hotel. The staff were very helpful. I have no French so was nervous about this but staff were so helpful. Needed a phone charger and they got that sorted for me. Would have loved a kettle to make a cup of tea in my room but got one in the restaurant no problem.

Worst experience ever the receptionist is a racist who knows that we are Arabs. Consequently, started to tell us that people like you are not welcome here. Moreover, the disaster is she started to grab my hand and pushed my bags outside the hotel.

Mrs Hammad, I regret your review. I must admit I'm also upset by the behaviour the students showed during their stay. We apologize if our receptionist indeed threw your bag, therefore we obviously summoned her about this. However, as you know after many exchanges with our general manager, videos have been seen, so we can clearly see that our receptionist didn’t grab your hand. Finally, we obviously can’t accept your remarks about racism. Diversity and open-mindedness takes part of our group and hotel DNA. The diversity present within my staff, and the importance placed on our welcome, whatever the origin of our customers, prevents us from any form of discrimination. There has been no act or remark from our staff that can be related as racism. Thank you. Regards Room division manager
