I am gold member 1/ I had to ask for the welcome drink coupon which is normally systematically proposed ... and the employee asked me to chose between a bottle of water or ... a bottle of water 2/ My room was just above the main entrance and I was waked-up during the night by strong noise (probably truck delivery...) 3/ The breakfast was good

OK stay, but facilities not as stated on website when booking

Our stay was fine, with a good breakfast. The room standard was as expected with a very comfortable bed - except that no handtowels were available in the bathroom and the bath towels were not hung up, but left on the top of the toilet cistern. However, our main criticism was that when booking on Accor LIve Limitless, it clearly stated that the restaurant was open, but when we checked in, the receptionist informed us that the restaurant had been closed for a long time and was very unlikely to reopen ever. This was very irritating as, after a long journey, we had planned to have supper in the hotel. Instead, we were forced to find somewhere to eat and ended up in the Supermarket cafe next door - not what we expected or planned.
