We picked this ibis as we travelled with our 4yo and wanted 1 room for all 3 of us. She was very excited about her bunk bed! Hotel quality corresponds with its price and level. We benefited from parking in the garage and close proximity to the big shopping mall. The receptionists were very nice.

Arrived in room late and exhausted. Around 1am. Squeaky elevator woke me up several times through the night. By 5am the morning elevator traffic kept me steadily awake with the squeaky noises. Finally fell asleep around 830am. 900 first housekeeper banged on my hotel room door and barged in yelling - S E R V I C E. When she was all the way in the room she finally heard me saying - i'm trying to sleep. Listened to her bang here way down the hall way with guest after guest saying go away. 4 in a row. 910 second housekeeper banged on my hotel room door and barged in yelling - S E R V I C E. Please re-read 900 above - exact same. This time 5 more doors turn her away after me. QUESTION: Does you hotel GM have any idea what business hotels are in? Has ACCOR properly instructed the property GM as to why people pay to sleep at hotels? To sleep. In the end - either Accor or the hotel GM has no idea how to run a property where sleep is the purpose. Questions: Assume the GM visits and views every hotel room at least once a quarter and at rotated times 6am, 12n, 6pm, 12mid. Either the GM is too lazy to improve the situation, too incompetent to know how to improve it, or forgot to tell reservations & front desk the room is for sale but no sleep can be provided with this room. If you'd like to know how to operate hotels & especially the housekeeping process, please do contact me. I visit 200+ hotels a year and have a record of which hotels are operated fundamentally correct. Sincerely & Kindly, John S.
