It's still a great hotel. Friendly staff. Clean Rooms. Close to the airport. However, the restaurant service is below quality standards, and both the bar and the restaurant are closed. Breakfast options are also rather limited .

As a silver member, I should have a welcome drink, but the staff who checked in didn't give me.Also, I hope you can teach your staff how to use polite language. The staff who checked in didn't even say a word.

Capitalist greed at its finest. My family needed a one night hotel and stayed at the Ibis Budget which is on the same grounds. Because our hotel had no restaurant they directed us across the parking lot to it’s “restaurants”. When we got there all but one of the restaurants were closed…in the middle of tourist season. The only option was a buffet that smelled like a hospital and wanted 27 EUR per person! We ended up going to the snack bar where we spent 49 EUR for a bottle of wine, a wrap and a few pieces of cheese. As in 4 pieces. This place is taking advantage of Schiphol airports current madness…..making an already ridiculous situation worse. F this hotel and their corporate greed. They suck.
