The hotel seemed rather 'tired' the carpets in the corridors and room were stained and well worn. Breakfast was disappointing.

Stayed here many times before without any problems. This time, however, arrived at midnight to find the hotel unmanned. No advance warning. Fortunately I had a working telephone and was able to contact someone who told me how to get into my pre-booked room. After travelling for hours, all i wanted was a coffee and a shower. Couldn't get a drink as the breakfast area was locked off. Couldn't shower as there were no towels left in the room. What a shambles. I hope this was a one-off as, if not, I won't be staying here again.

We hopefully stay only one night in this hotel, we had a first room deliver where the bathroom was not clean, towel on the floor, wc dirty. So we got an other room with smoke smell in the room. First and last time in a hotel like this.

I arrived and there was no one in the reception and the door required a code to get it. I checked my emails to see if I had received the code and I had not. I had received one email confirming the reservation and one a day later saying the payment had not gone through. I checked my bank account and the charge to my credit card had been made. So I tried to contact the hotel, no one answered and then struggled for an hour to get help from your customer service teams and they didn't manage. I walked up again to the door and there was a sign with a different number to call in case of urgency. After calling them I got the code.

Impossible to leave the hotel except in a car, there are no pavements or crossings. For a car stop over it's fine, very comfortable bed and lovely staff.

I will not stay with this Ibis chain again. I reserved on line via my Accor account, for a stay during French lock down. Due to bad traffic, my arrival was delayed by 4 hours to around 10pm. There was no indication on the booking website, or the email confirmation that the hotel would shut at 9pm. On arrival, the hotel was shut up, with minimal lighting. There was a notice on the door with a phone number that did not work - I tried 5 times. The number for the hotel on the reservation was not answered. I didn't feel safe in that environment. Luckily, a passing guest who had arrived late and had been provided with a passcode let me in and gave me access to the safe where my keys had been left. Those guests had been given the code when they called to check if the restaurant would be open - lucky for them and me. The room was overheated with a regular loud noise (heating / water?). The carpet was stained, but at least the bed and the bathroom were clean. When I checked out, I told the staff member that I was upset about not having been informed about the closure of reception, or provided with access codes when they realized I hadn't checked in. She told me that she didn't have my contact details. Those contact details were available on my Accor account and on the reservation. Whilst I wouldn't expect a hotel reception to be closed at any time, I would expect guests to be able to check in. At a minimum the closing time should be clearly advertised on the hotel site when booking; the reservation to show the closing time, and provide the carpark, door and safe codes; the advertised phone number to work; the Accor central booking site to answer the phone; the staff to apologize not argue and imply blame when told of the problem. At the end of a 13 hour drive, I needed a safe, easy check in and a good night's sleep. I didn't have that. I often use the Accor chain. I will not use Ibis again.

Very welcoming and secure for COVID. Reduced breakfast service because of low occupancy the night we stayed but we were able to order everything we wanted and it was very fresh and tasty. Staff were helpful and pleasant throughout.

When we arrived the reception wasn't open till at almost 4pm. Phoned a number on the door but no answer. Eventually we found someone to check us in. Room was next to the wash room so we could here the washing machine. Further the room was small for two adults but luckily we only had hand luggage. Room was clean and fresh but was made up for one person when we had booked for two adults. We found an extra pillow in the closet which did the job. Breakfast was good and the girl that served this and checked us out was really friendly. Further in the hotel there is nothing. Luckily there's a shopping mall across the road which serves food and drink but closes at 8pm

Rooms small but fresh and cool. Reception area not open when we arrived at 4pm. In the hotel there are no amenities except for breakfast which was good. Luckily there's a shopping centre nearby to have a drink or food. Unfortunately this closes at 8pm

Got off the late Dieppe ferry and drove straight to the hotel. Short stay with a quick breakfast and it worked really well.

We stay at Accor hotels all over France and without doubt this was the worst ever. A twin room was booked and a double provided. It stank of smoke in a non smoking hotel! Then in the morning I noticed the most disgusting mould on the ceiling. The local petrol heads also seem to use local supermarket car park as a race track too! Under no circumstances stay at this hotel!

we could not visit France this year due to coronavirus. Despite requests to change our booking for a time when we could visite France this was not allowed. In the present times this seems very unfair. I cannot reclaim any monies on my insurance due to the excess. I should have thought it would have been good customer relations to allow a change in these very strange cisrcumstances. We have had to cancel this year's holiday but hope to return next year but will have to consider our booking arrangements

We have stayed here before, on route to south wedt france, hotel is clean, quite and comfortable. Unfortunately, we booked a twin and got given a double which was made up for one!! A bit odd? When i questioned this at reception there were no twins available or unmade and we were apologised to and offered a free drink. Fortunately i was travelling with my mother and we didn't mind sharing a bed and were too tired to argue. The staff were genuinely embarrassed and very pleasant. It may have been different if id been travelling with my teenage son!! The breakfast is delicious with a great selection and self service makes it very relaxed.
