Good, but more attention to detail needed

Nice room and clean. Asked for extra pillows from the lady cleaning rooms, but none came and had to ask again at reception. Reception was not manned for long periods. Settle in for the night, only to find that neither bedside light worked - this should have been noticed as general maintenance. No bulbs were available and the electrician had gone home. In the end we had to move rooms. Pleasant young lady now on reception. On leaving we found our car blocked in by the laundry deliver van who told us we would have to wait 10 minutes before he moved. On the plus side, a nice clean and quiet room. Would put our experiences down to bad luck and would definitely stay there again.

locatiom was good for Villepinte exhibition centre but others guest were very noisy! The room needs some updating as well as the restaurant
