Basically we need to understand that you get what you pay for. Basic small rooms (but not very small), staff is good, breakfast needs improvement (some hot food should be included), 7-10 mins walk to station, bus stop 2-3 mins walk, restaurants nearby, supermarket nearby

Simple but nice room for a low price

We booked a room for two nights and didn't expected much because of the low price, the room was simple, small only with the minimum of furniture. But it was clean and everything we needed was there. Plus the breakfast was much better than expected even though it didn't had much variety - but that might just be a "france-thing". If you don't expect any luxuries for 80€ per night (for two persons with breakfast included) this is a good choice.

My aunt and me stayed for 4 nights. The position is good to explore the outskirts of Paris. The hotel was very quiet, the room was clean, but really tiny. The breakfast offered a good selection and the bread was amazing.

Friendly and helpful staff, clean restaurant and great breakfast, especially the croissants and madeleines. Bathroom in room needs refurbishment but it all works as it should. Rooms small but perfectly adequate. Entrance to the hotel a bit strange using an elevator from street level to the first floor where reception is located. If first time at hotel, finding the way in can be challenging at first.

Room was fine , clean and cozy. The hotel location is good and close enough to poi for the price you pay for the rooms. BUT: please hire staf that have teeth to smile also. 2nd , please check the quality and quantity of the breakfast. Thank yoy

The room was enough, as was the breakfast - meaning, that the basic things should've been ok. However, the cleaning crew took our towels away (and forgot to give us new ones) as they cleaned our room; there were no hand towels to begin with; on two nights out of three, the fire alarm went off at 4.46 as the chef was making croissants (HOW IS THIS EVEN POSSIBLE?!) - and the key cards clearly had their own will as they worked every now and then. On top of all this, after we had checked out, I got a phone call saying that the hotel hadn't received my payment, even though I paid several months ago when I booked the room.
