Two complaints - 1) the carpet in room 7024 was in a disgusting state & needs replacing pronto. Not the fault of the maids as the carpet is beyond cleaning & vacuuming. 2) the cost of the buffet in the restaurant was too high for what was available. I have no issues with the front of room staff.

Long waiting time at check-in but well handled with a complementary drink at the bar. Nice clean room and good breakfast. Overall good experience, as usual

We arrived very late, as the other hotel we had booked was so ugly that it was impossible to stay there. Was met with smiling staff with good service, who helped straight away, even though they were soon done with work. Good breakfast, nice rooms and good location. We will be happy to return
