A good hotel overall and good for a stopover night However, staff that are very pleasant but don’t know that the lift doesn’t go to the third floor is poor. Room access is very poor with only one lift and one out the way hidden staircase is poor in a hotel of this size.

Everything was ok from reception to departure. Breakfast was a bit weak as we were late, but our host was able to help us upon request. Overall experience was excellent.

The so-called hygienic concept is a joke...

I felt really unsafe in these times as there was no COVID pass check at any time. Breakfast was as it was in pre-covid times - meaning everyone could dig at the same time in knifes and spoons and grab cheese and bread from the buffet. There was no glass protection above the food and the breakfast service was over strained as he had to handle reception at the same time. The dedicated lady used to arrive at 7:00 each morning...I'm travelling a lot and checked in to a lot of different ( Arccor ) hotels and this for sure is not what Ibis standard should stand for, especially not if breakfast is charged with 10,80€.

Small rooms, lots of spider webs and rude night shift staff

Night shift team confused reservation names and gave my room to someone else, not even apologizing for the confusion and making us wait to fix their error. While I was waiting to get extra typical info on breakfast/parking the lady said smthing like 'go go come on' as if I was an animal to go to my room, after they kept me waiting for 20 minutes while they fixed their mess in the reservations. Also the room was small and full of spider webs.

Check inn : quick and good Rooms: clean Hotel general: clean Restaurant: food good, did miss enthousiasme, motivation at the employee. Checkout: less good. During the checkinn and on my reservation it was noted that payment was included. ( resto max 35euro) but in the morning i had to pay the resto and the tax. When i told that it was in charge she did not find it so had to pay it.
