Your Staff are Excellent and helpful , Paid Breakfast was great. however your Facilities made it a Very Bad Experience for us. The centralized Air Conditioning unit is defective throughout our 5 Night stay. We needed to open the one small window the whole time for us not to endure Nosebleeds and get sick because of the hot ventilation. The Wifi is terrible and most time not available in the room. Your staff tried to help us to relocate to another room however it has the same concerns. I would like to request an Adjustment from my Rate because of all these problems we endured at your property as I do not want to add these consistent comments about the AC and Wi-Fi at your property in online ratings like trip Advisor.

We had our group dinner (where we met everybody on our tour) and our farewell dinner here and the food was great and the waitstaff was very nice...we also ate at the restaurant and it was very good too (great wine!)...The front desk people were very attentive...The rooms were very nice...We would stay again...
