Do you want to really relax during your stay? Do you want to sleep like on a cloud? Do you want to be inspired by a beautiful and comfortable interior? Do you need a baby friendly place? Do you appreciate luxurious food in a large portion with a perfect presentation? Do you want to swim in the pool, work out in the well aired gym and relax your muscles in the huge sauna? Are you looking for a place where they pay attention to every detail and always bring something extra? Look no further, come here. Because we felt fabulous even with our 4-year-old daughter and a few-month-old baby. Thanks and a big BRAVO.

My husband and I had a wonderful second holiday in the hotel this year The rooms were good, spa facilities were welcome after sightseeing and long walks in the beautiful city. What made the hotel special was the staff. Daisy in particular, the lovely lady at reception went out of her way to make our stay comfortable. Brilliant attitude and exceptionally service driven. We have just spent 4 nights at this super hotel. It is situated 2 minutes from the Lake and 1 minute from the Festival Hall. Room was very spacious with plenty of storage. Breakfast was also very good with plenty of choice. There are quite lot of restaurants in the town and they are only short walk away. There is a restaurant in the hotel or Casino next door but worth going into the town.The train station is short walk away and we used this to go to Lindau rather than take the car. Great stay.

Excellent place to stay

We selected the Grand Hotel, since there is a SPA available. We enjoyed Sauna as well as swimming pool and sream room. The rooms where very comfortable and included Terasse. Bed itself is of excellent Quality, loved to sleep there. Room service was perfect. It's very convinient that the Casino as well as the Casino Restaurant are next door. So we enjoyed excellent Wiener Schnitzel at the Casino Restsurant. Breakfast at Grand Hotel is really enjoyable with plenty of different things (Cfoissant, joghurt sausages ...) we did not miss anything, except, there was no freshly squeezed orange juice). Overall we had a really good time at Grand Hotel.

We had stayed here before when it was a Mercure , hotel so we were curious for the change, well it did not disapoint, they have made incredbile changes and the hotel is even more impressive than before. we will defintely be back. I love the change of the reception area giving the customer a very relaxed check in, and a welcome drink !! All Staff were really nice, and friendly , but a big shout out must go to Frau Kuzmova , who was simply amazing and delivered a first class service, she really helped to make our stay very enjoyable. Also a big shout out to the breakfast staff who were really very helpful and friendly. The Spa is amazing we really enjoyed the swiming pool, next time we will allocate time to get the Steam etc turned on. The location is perfect and you can get to many places by foot. We look forward to visiting again.
