Small room, which was overheated, but the shower was good. Noisy area. Breakfast unappetising. Staff OK but not that helpful or friendly. Would not stay there again - I think there are much better options.

As expected but late arrivals at oo50 and 11.45 woke me up rolling suitcases outside. Improve double glazing / noise reduction and also sound proofing between floors

« A little underwhelmed »

The room was extremely hot with the fan blowing hot air. Even with the cool setting, so I had to turn it off altogether which made it very stuffy. The shower was good and the bed comfortable.

« Best night's sleep for months! »

Stayed here.many times and they are constantly upgrading the facilities. This time it was new windows but the best change was when they ntoduced the new beds. Shame other all other Ibis is are not maintained to the same standard.

« Small rooms lead to a small disappointment »

I have stayed at the Tanqueux Ibis on several occasions and have always been very pleased. However on this occasion, despite advising the hotel in advance about our two dogs, we were given the smallest room we have ever stayed in there, which was cramped with dogs. As a separate comment, I would encourage the catering part of the hotel (I recognise that it is a separate concern) to offer some simpler snacks or light meals. When I am travelling, I don’t like large meals, and I couldn’t find anything on the menu except a large salad.

Hotel was ok, we particularly liked the restaurant that was available. The room was adequate, however the bathroom door was very difficult to slide to open & close it.

this was an overnight stay, our first at this hotel. the rooms were comfortable and clean as was the shower room. the staff were friendly and check in and out was very easy and the car parking was excellent. we had a meal in the restaurant which was very good, the only negative was the cost of the drinks.
