« Uncomfortable beds with the awful plastic mattress protection »

Given that it not possible to have dinner, one has to go to the Novotel next door where the cook should be fired. Otherwise staff very helpful and nice

We stay at this hotel regularly. It is always comfortable but two disappointments are the lack of a restaurant and, as at most Ibis hotels we have stayed in in France, no English speaking stations on the TV.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, easy check-in/out, good location and good value. Large free car park. No restaurant for evening meals so need to use Novotel next door. Would use again. But why do they make you use 200 characters!!!

As above. Rooms comfortable and clean but having stayed here many times we thought with restaurant closed and grass outside uncut, the hotel looked a bit run-down and neglected.

Stay was OK. Rooms very good. Disappointed that there is now no restaurant. Told on check-in that could use the Novotel restaurant but when I tried to book it later was told it was fully booked at the time I wanted. It would have been nice to be told that at check-in. The bar in the IBIS also ran out of draft beer! Nevertheless, the staff were very helpful and cheerful.

We arrived late evening with no reservation and were lucky to get a family room for myself, husband and daughter. The room was clean but basic and rather expensive at €178 with breakfast.

The front desk service was excellent, very friendly & kind personnel. The mattress was covered with a protection sheet where one of its side was covered in a plastic material. I sweat intensively during 2 nights (with air conditioning in max) till I see it. Unfortunately, a bit to late. I found a little alive cockroach on the pancakes tray . An employee was informed about it.

« Good hotel but no food available in the evening. »

Have been staying at this hotel for 6 years, hotel very good, rooms very good, but last year the restaurant was closed for evening meals, we was told for refurbishment, arrived this year to find it still closed!!! The last thing you want when you have had a Long drive is to arrive and have to go out again to have a evening meal. Very very disappointed pointing.

The room was a little small, but comfortable and clean enough to my liking. There's only one thing that wasn't to my liking and that's the doors constantly slamming. Perhaps next time you can put up a sign saying "Please close the doors slowly"?

« Conveniently located hotel before an early morning flight »

You can expect the usual standard from Ibis; no spacious rooms, simple furniture and no mini-bar in the room. But the bed is comfortable enough and the bar is fine and aditionally it is possible to park the car in front of the hotel. One good extra free if charge is the pickup service to/from the airport.

Served its purpose for a stopover, but the hotel is slightly dated. Breakfast was fine, but dinner is no longer served there which wasn't great, even with a 10% discount at the nearby novotel it didn't really fit with the plan.

Ac was not very strong inside the room, i specifically said that I would pay with cheque vacance and still my credit card was debited, Great breakfast, not allowed to use Novotel pool, but received invitation to cocktails around Novotel pool. does it make sense?

« Value and money fits »

Reception staff was friendly and helpful. Good command of English. Room was small but functional as in all IBIS hotels. Doors were very light, light from the floor shining through and noise from neighboring rooms was recognizable.
