well, very disappointed. HEating was not woking. Front desk did not answer phone, so needed to come down to frontdesk to claim. So got an electric heater which was very noisy! So at least, front desk told me she is allone, she can't help and only solution is extra heater. I also left a message on your system (the QR code in the room). Never got any answer... So i will certainly not come back to this Hotel.

The rooms are really bad (at least the one I stayed in). Water on max (heat) was at best lightly warm! Both me and my wife were shocked. Lighting in the bathroom and toilet (both separate rooms) was terrible. The sink was filling up every time you use it (the water would stay there for around 30 mins until it managed to gradually go down the drain). The room heating/ventilation system even though set on 30 degrees was pumping in cold air into the room. We were cold at night under the this thin duvet. The hotel condition was far below Premier Inn (budget hotel). We are both highly disappointed and will not come back to this hotel ever. I'm really sorry for this review but it was a terrible time for us. On a positive not the restaurant/pub on the ground floor is nice, clean and warm.

Well located but dated hotel

It is really well located but also very dated, 'tired' hotel. We had a junior suite for our family of 5. The shower was clogged and we had to ask twice to clean it properly. There was dust in many places stuff from the previous visitors. Extra blanket was never brought to us. The safe was not reset so we decided not to use it. Breakfast had limited but good assortment of food to choose from.

No electricity

After checking in my room there was no electricity in the room and I had to wait for at least 20 min until it was fixed. The lady from management trying to fix the problem wasn't friendly.

Bar was closed the whole stay, no man available if you believe it. No information about it. No welcome drink, only an automatic vending machine. Old coat in the room with cigarette burn spots.
