We spend a horrible night! The room smelled really bad! There was an odor coming out of the toilet the entire stay! Never again

Having found - eventually-;the hotel, we were not particularly impressed by the welcome received at reception and so decided not to have dinner there. The room was clean and adequately appointed though not very spacious.

The room offered was fine but I wanted to be able to see the carpark and a change of room was easily arranged. I had a cycle loaded on my car and due to weather asked for indoor secure cycle storage, This was easily arranged. Very convenient for the motorway (free not a tolled peage but same standard of road) for my drive Rennes to ferry at Caen (Ouistreham) but was surprised that there wasn't a more of obvious sign to this hotel after the roundabout. Restaurant offered good choice and value.

NO LIFT,No fridge bed fills the room

Chosen for location and accor-loyalty, the stay was as expected. Ibis-standard is the same everywhere and it lived up to expectation. Ample parking-space. Personnel super-friendly which always makes a difference. Rooms clean and quiet, bed was better than many higher grade hotels. Breakfast basic but sufficient. Resto on-site. Check-in/check-out smooth. Price/quality excellent.

First room allocated the toilet seat mover side to side My wife has a back injury and therefore seat was dangerous Poor maintenance. We moved but this is not good enough Surely Ibis have maintenance workers on site who correct the kind of dangerous items immediately

Warm and welcoming team. Great location, easy parking. Clean and quiet rooms in working order. Varied breakfast. 2 stays with our dog. We really appreciate the animal friendly approach of Ibis. First room (133) was more appreciated than the 2nd one (106? Can't remember). 1st room was more modern. One area of improvement: wrote 2 messages to ask what the extra cost for the dog was, never got a reply. Regardless of this, we are highly satisfied and will surely recommend Ibis Avranches Mt St Michel.

Overall, my experience was comfortable and restful. The food was good and reasonably priced. However, the restaurant is more like a canteen experience. The duvet cover in the bedroom was slightly stained. The bathroom decor needs attention. I am fluent in French and I consider it bad manners that some staff answer in English when one addresses them in very good French. Perhaps some training is needed in this area. Otherwise, the car park is very satisfactory and the internet is adequate.

Very comfortable overnight stay, in spotless room. Well located, with on site restaurant serving evening meals and breakfast. We did not use this facility, so we cannot comment on the quality of the food served.

Really small room s and could not get a full meal until 7 o’clock at night,internet rubbish,had no help from staff, dirty shower head and drain.

I tried to book via the AccorHotels website. I completed the booking form (including my Club Accor Number 30… 48… 3) I pressed send and everything went blank. NO Acceptance screen with booking number was received. Nor was there a confirmation e-mail next day. I wrote an e-mail direct to the hotel to ask about the booking - and received NO ANSWER. So I concluded there was no booking. Two days later I booked via Booking .com without any problem. On arrival at the hotel I found that there were TWO bookings. So I have paid twice. Please arrange repayment of the first "Failed Booking

Rated down your review - NO AIR CONDITIONING - as under repair, No Message to say so, only found out when entering hot sun drenched room. Opened the window, which would have brought the temperature down to comfortable, only to hear EXTREME TRAFFIC NOISE. Moved to another room, but still no A/C. If you had told me I would have gone to your Hotel west of Mont Saint Michel. COMMUNICATION that Work/Repairs were in progress??? You could do a lot better.

menu was uninspiring food served was poor My chicken slivers were dry and rice had obviously been reheated as the slivers were My wifes burger base was rock hard and not fit to eat The only saving grace was the café gourmand desert. Green cadet ordered was not very good All in all a poor stay probably we will not go back

In this Ibis budget, the room is a touch smaller, there are no tea-making facilities or a/c. As I have learned to read the description and look at photos, I knew what to expect.I liked the welcoming layout at the entrance, space, screens, pool table, well-managed bar and restaurant. Reception was very effective in getting me sorted and relaxed at check-in, important when tired after a hard day's travelling.Peaceful night, great bed, good breakfast. I especially appreciated the restaurant, where, as a solo traveller I was given attentive service.
