Pre Cruise stay

Stayed for two nights pre cruise and was satisfied overall with the stay. Handy airport shuttle. Got a deal on a Suite and the room was average. Starting to look a little dated and bathroom ceiling wasn't painted very well. Skirting boards dusty. Pool could be so much better if maintained properly. When the waterfall wasn't on, the dirt showed. Good coffee in lobby and close to Publix, eateries and shopping. Would use again, but the price would need to be right.

I checked in after flying from Australia to Miami and asked for an early call to catch my next flight. Either I completely slept through it, or it did not happen. Anyway, i missed my flight It requires significant patience to catch the Hotel shuttle from the airport. I waited for nearly 30 min and took a cab. The front desk staff are helpful, warm and welcoming. The room is comfortable and clean

The front desk staff were amazing. The lobby and pool were amazing. However the rooms were awful. Very outdated, dirty, stains all over the carpet, the shower was covered in paint, leaking roof and old saggy beds. Truly one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at. Very unimpressed as I’ve been to many Pullmans across Europe and this was no where ever close to as nice.

We got worst room with hotel whole air-conditioning beside, very big loudly machine noise made us not able to sleep, talked to front desk but was told they are not able to help. And told us we can leave the hotel in 3:00am if not satisfied. We finally got the room changed that's good, but it was unsleep night.

My wife and I have been staying at the hotel every January for the past 25 years, and for good reasons. Most importantly, Winnie Tseng-Leon and her team ensure that the rooms are beautifully maintained and the hotel service standards couldn’t be better. Simply ask and you shall receive, be it extra coat hangers or a bath robe. The Pullman is ideally located on the Lagoon with easy access to MIA via the complimentary minibus service or to South Florida’s road network to other points of interest. It is not merely an “airport “ hotel, but a place to relax, enjoy the sunsets by the pool, hang your hat and stay awhile.
