« Convenient location, but lacks amenities and is a little run-down. »

Overall my stay was OK, but there were a few minor things that disappointed me. The lounge chair in my room was well worn, with the vinyl peeling away. Not at all appealing. (Pun accidental.) And the finish in the bathtub was also peeling away. When I travel for business, I'm used to more amenities, like a variety of snacks and drinks available for purchase in the room. The lobby looked haphazard and temporary. Not sure why there are tables set up down there instead of a real counter.

« Nice property, friendly staff, close to airport »

We spent the night here while traveling back from South America. No complaints. The staff at the bar and restaurant were very nice. We found this hotel to be a good value. Also our room had a view of the lagoon which was very nice. We had a nice dinner outdoors.

« Well located and friendly service »

We only booked for 1 night just before our Royal Caribbean cruise. We wish we booked for at least 3 nights as the hotel is very nice & in great location. Our family occupied 5 rooms. Special mention for Winnie as she was very helpful & who went out of her way to make sure we were fully satisfied with our stay. Thank you very much & will consider to stay again & happy to recommend 100%

Rooms are tired, our bathroom shower very tatty, mould on sealant and tiles and shower handle fell off first use.

Everything was good as usual since I have been to your hotel at least 20 times already, except the check out procedure. It wasn't done very professionally when blinking with the eye and without opening the mouth. I think this is inappropriate when a guest is finishing the check out and leaving the hotel.

Great customer service, especially since I was traveling with someone who needed ADA accommodations. Very clean, great location, wonderful views. Just a great place to stay. The only thing that could have been better, is that parking could've been included.

We stayed there for 2 nights for our daughter’s wedding, we had an amazing stay. The staff helped us so much with her wedding. Meave is a great addition to staff and make our daughter the best it was!

Checked in online and everything went great from there on. Good reception, brilliant room, good food. There was no hotel or room guide, meaning that there was nothing to say when the restaurant opened, when shuttle buses operated, etc. Go and ask each time.

I received a black eye taking your shuttle to the airport. I am not satisfied with the one night stay during 2020 that you gave to me. One night is useless. Perhaps a week vacation all expenses paid would make me happier.

The service was generally good until just before my departure. I went to breakfast on Tuesday morning and on my way back to my room I realized that I had lost my key - all I had in my hand was the pouch for the key. About 8:a.m. that morning, I went to the front desk to explain my plight. The female front desk operator asked for the last four numbers of the credit card I had used when checked in - I did not know it. She next asked for my ID which I did not have. Then she informed me that I would have to be accompanied to the room by a bellboy who would have to be shown my ID. I did not object to any of the requests. I think she had a right to make sure that I was Bonafide. What I objected to was the manner in which it was done. She was hostile and openly unpleasant. I think good customer service can and should be offered even when you have to verify a person’ right to enter a room in the hotel.

« Overnight stay »

Member booking . Standard room . No tea facilities in room but 2 small waters given. Bathtub with shower over small towels for adults supplied. Difficult to connect Wi-fi required 3 visits to reception no room number login . Main disappointment was at breakfast only cold plates supplied for buffet / continental hot food results in cold toast cold eggs etc. Asked for a warm plate told by manager not supplied! Good prompt shuttle back to the airport.
