I am gold & and received no welcome drink...In room had tea/ coffee but only pot from kettle- 2 times asked reception to get kettle ( no success)

The hotel is well located in a quiet quarter, not far from trans and metros, not far from a good amount of touristic sites. The rooms are not big but practical. The breakfast has all you need. The staff is very welcoming.

The hotel is well located and the staff is nice but unfortunately we did not find the same level of service that we are used to when staying at Accor facilities

Well located but disappointing for mercure.

It was a good experience but the rooms were basic and you would think you are in an ibis not mercure. The greatest thing about the room is the shower but apart from that you don't get the mercure experience with the extra touches that you should get for a higher grade 4 stars. In the fridge there was one water bottle for 2 people- not that we used it but still. Paper cups to make tea which is super disappointing for a hotel in this caliber. Everything was 3 star level not 4 stars. Also the lift works one morning only during our 4 days when we stayed. One employee said that he the lift is always broken. Over all, I am disappointed with what I got for the price I paid.

Not 4 star hotel, hotel entrance was very shabby looking , suite on entrance to the right looked dirty! Lift didn’t work the whole stay and had to walk up to 4th floor everyday, ants crawling around room! This hotel spoiled our stay in Paris!

Disappoint about the room which was more like a 2 star hostel room. Bed was very bad, hostel noising, bathroom small, not very clean.

We have stayed many times and hope to do so again. Unfortunately the GB immigration rules are ridiculous and your front of office staff did what they could. However, it would be good if your staff could recommend different restaurants etc in the area. e.g. down the Rue Croix Nivert or Rue Lecourbe that are good. Thanks also for organising our taxi back to Gare du Nord.

Good services but the size and quality of your installation is much less than competitors. I am not expecting to visit another Mercure hotel anytime soon.

I booked a superior/privilege double room with a sofa bed, and when I checked in I was surprised with the offer of a second room when Mercury reception realised that I was travelling with my son which is 24 years old and we needed extra space as we were moving houses to Paris. Excellent Consumer Service mind set!

Great Hotel in Convenient Location. From the moment we entered the foyer we were welcomed by staff who shared knowledge freely. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble. On reviewing our weeeks itinerary in Paris were given good advice especially on public transport. We would recommend this Mercure and when in Paris will definitely stay again.

There were no toiletries in the room. After complaining first night I was told we will get the soup and condishioner next day and should use the body wash dispenser in the bathtub for now. The next day after not getting any toiletries I complained again but was told it is the Mercury standard not to provide even a hand soap in the rooms. How can a four star hotel do that? Also, the Internet quality is really pour.

The pitiful state of my “clean room” was annoying, but the way it has been handled by hotel staff is shameful. Despite numerous complaints and requests for a manager, I have not being taken seriously and was told that no manager was available.
