There items in been charged for that I wasn’t aware off Paid in full before visit Didn’t use bar ,restaurant or breakfast Check in 7pm Check out 9am But still be charged £20 Be very careful offering a pre check in service as once they have you details if a open tickets to charge As Platinum membership was not offered any benefits or free drinks (But as stated never went to bar in anyway )

Room with funny smell of feet Plug in bathroom blocked but both almost sorted

check in and check out slick and fast. Rooms re decorated and upgraded. Only one thing I noticed is the lovely shaped pillows they had before were not there anymore after the upgrade. That was part of the good nights sleep, but apart from that excellent. Even the travel kettle provided for tea making was a normal sized kettle which is much better. Will continue to stay here when in Mcr

The only comment i can make is the online booking system. The rooms were booked, and I was prepared to pay on arrive. I received and e-mail suggesting I could book in online. there were two rooms and during this process £250 was taken from my bank twice yet the rooms were only £188. I rang the hotel and was told this was only a preauthorisation and my bank was not charged even thought my online statement said it was charged. I checked out and only stay one night due to a change in plans. so far my bank is still missing the money. Luckily, I can afford to wait for the money to be returned. I was told this would be as soon as the bill was paid but it is now 48 hours later and still not rectified. Get your act together
