Dark and small rooms. Only one chair, amenities ( towels) only for 2 people even though we were and paid) for three people. Breakfast a bit disappointing as a similar breakfast is made at nearby Mercure Place Charras for much less cost (breakfast and room cost). Hotel under Sofitel banner was better.

No Tax driver could find hotel, I found the personnel at the bar not very friendly.

The room was to small, full of dust!!! and not worth of 220Euro. Your staff was very unhelpful - the same person asking all the week for covid pass, while at the recepetions at the time of my arrival nobody bothered.

I did not feel safe outside the hôtel after dark, especially returning after work. The food was at best mediocre and a little disappointing. The worst part of my visit is that over a 4 night stay I have been bitten over 30 times on my arms and upper body by either mosquito (strange to be in a room 7 floors up) or bed bugs. I believe many visitors that were in my group also had the same experience in being bitten in the rooms by insects. It was definitely in the room as they could be heard whilst trying to sleep. I recommend that you may want to treat all rooms with a suitable strong insect repellent or investigate the mattresses.

Very good location... but very bad experience this time

I have already stayed several times at this hotel, but that stay was a very bad experience: 1. I stayed two nights: first morning, I had my breakfast in the restaurant. Second morning, the staff checked my covid pass and told me that it was not valid. I have been fully vaccinated and my TousAntiCovid app is clearly showing the details confirming that. But they instructed me to go back to my room and to wait for the staff to bring me my breakfast on a tray. The TousAntiCovid app was clear and I had my vaccination certificate too. Very disappointing! I expected a better trained staff to understand that I was fully vaccinated as explained by the TAC app. Apparently, the staff should refresh the verification app more often according to the TAC app. And apparently, the official law text is not asking the Covid pass for the breakfast, according to another hotel where I stayed after this one; it is strangely for lunch and dinner only. 2. too many mosquitoes in the room: the first night, as the room was too warm, I opened the window during the night. I woke up later hearing a mosquito, then a second... Being at the 7th floor, I did not expect any trouble in opening the window. When I switched on the light, I saw a lot of mosquitoes in the room. I killed about 12 of them... but I discovered more in the bathroom. During my stay (2 nights), I killed around 32 mosquitoes! I do not know where they came from as the window was located at the 7th floor and just slightly opened? 3. The restaurant is still closed and the food by room service is very limited.

Very nice hotel and perfectly located. To find the parking below the hotel is impossible. Only with help of a local taxi driver we found it. No good instructions available and no alternative given. When we finally arrived at the hotel around 7 pm they inform us that the bar and the restaurant are closed. So you pay full price for the room in a 5 star hotel but this is not a fair treatment. The room was nice but we were forced to go out for diner after a long journey, not a nice start. After a good sleep breakfast was nice and people were friendly.

Overall was a good stay. But not a 5 star hotel for the service. When booking the room: it was more expensive through the accor website with membership then going through booking.com. the staff told.me.thzt this is impossible. Even after showing the proof nothing happened. I paid more for.the room then on the booking.com site. This is not how accor should treat their customers. The Bose sound system was not connecting with our phones... The staff was helpful but they know the problem and didn't have a solution. So for me when a 5 star hotel then service and all the rest should be perfect.

Best rooms for Paris. Big rooms and luxery. resto/bar was closed. Luxery breakfast. minus: For car it is difficult to find the street (park and drop-on zone) . 1 hour driving arround the ringway of La Defence. You must taken the D9 road and go richt just underground. For parking You must Reserve Your place behoren because the have only 6 places. For train traveler good connection with Metro 1 .
