You booked a classic category of room which does not offers the view on the Seine, as it can only be seen on the higher category of rooms. But we are glad to learned you enjoyed the view you were looking for with a minimum fee ! Please accept our apologies about the comfort of the toilet paper. Our delivery had some delay and the prodcut you used doesn't reflect the usual quality we are providing. Short trip to Paris before heading west. We arrived late Thursday and left early Saturday with the hotel conveniently located for both. The service was so good we wished we had stayed longer

Advertised as a 4 star hotel, its 2,5 at the most. Rooms are super standard, room service food is crap and terribly expensive. Will not go back and will not recommend.

This is our second time in this hotel and one of many at the Accord hotels. Saying that I’d like to mention that the room was ok but smaller than the one we had last time. On the down side, the little fridge in our room didn’t cool the drinks well enough and although we said so at reception, the only option they gave us was keeping our things in their own fridge (this didn’t make sense as we’re not going to go down every time we wanted a sip of water). Breakfast was fine but with less variety than last time (we had been here two years ago). On the other hand the staff is really polite and highly professional and the hotel is just some metres away from the Metro station of Quai de la Gare (Line 6) which for us was pretty convenient to move around to the most important places. All in all a great value for money and our score is 8/10.

All of your staff was fantastic. They were kind and well-trained. And all the facillities are clean. Location was fine. Only problem would be noise. I guess you guys are doing repairing work but noise from 9am was unsatisfied experience. Other than that, it was super amazing

The room w.as good The reception area was temporary but the receptionists did their best. I did not like the breakfast. I wold like bread instead of croissants

The hotel was under construction, this was not communicated upfront nor reflected in the rates. As a result the bar and lobby where closed and a makeshift solution was in place. And the ground floor was dusty. The staff extremely went out of their way to deliver top service at check-in and getting the elevator for you. The rooms are very well soundproofed, bathroom was clean and a good shower. For a one night business stay, all that one needs.

The location was within walking distance of work. The staff was pleasant and breakfast for the first few days was good. The hotel smelled funny like it was musty and they had a deodorizer to address it. The air handling system in my room didn't work so had to have my window open to get any air flow.

I was robbed in this hotel due to staff negligence - the door bell is not working so the receptionist left it open and two professional thieves went into kitchen and stole my bag while I was drinking tea at 23h. the thieves started spending money from my card immediately. I went to police. The next day I complained, was told that the hotel is public area and anybody can enter it. They are not responsible and after that the manager kicked out out in the street. The hotel is located in a very dangerous area also. I called and asked about hotel insurance but the response was the same.

Robbed at the hotel at night in the breakfast area/ bar. After door Bell was broken the receptionist decided to leave door open at night making the hotel accessible for anybody to enter. Zero help from deputy manager only got yelled at and verbally aggressors. Terrible experience not recommended to stay there

The hotel is Accor – classic, may be that furniture will need in near future the replacement, but it is till OK. There was only the problem with low quality of wifi in 5th floor. Services in the reception were excellent and very friendly. Breakfast and bar services satisfied me.
