He estado alojado en hoteles Sofitel alrededor del mundo, siempre es una magnífica experiencia. El trato del personal es impecable. Los servicios son magníficos. Las habitaciones grandes y cómodas. Y la ubicación es excelente. No obstante, creo que en el caso del hotel de Los Angeles, necesita reformas en las habitaciones y en los baños, pues se ven algo antiguas y no se siente estar en un hotel de su categoría. El lobby es moderno pero le falta algo de clase y elegancia digna de un Sofitel.

Agradable estancia. Bonito en general y muy moderno. Personal muy atento. Como punto negativo, la cantidad de tasas e impuestos es excesiva.
