Location is so beautiful, as the view from my room. Easy to explore Ghent. An easy checkin/checkout . Staff , as always, fantastic. Love the idea that food was available for extended hours. Service is good.

person at the bar not very kind and not understandng our expectation : see Rugby game on TV. You have no french TV (France 2,...) nor french language belgium TV ( la une,...) looks like you boycott french.......

Location is good in city center. However, bathrooms are very small and - my main concern - there is very limited sound-proofing. Neither to the other rooms but especially not to the outside. The tramway is passing by directly in front of the hotel and at least Friday and Saturday night a lot of party people are gathering in front of the hotel.

I had a great stay at ibis. My room was clean and comfortable view a fantastic view. All of the staff I encountered were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was well stocked with a large selection.

Stayed on a business trip for 3 days. Primary reason was the central location. The rooms are really tiny and the bathroom even smaller! Breakfast was reasonable. Staff helpful.

Hotel is in good state and staff is friendly. Comfy room. However I had room 214, street view and the tram is super noisy from 6am and people outside discussing until late. Not really restful

Ibis hotel St-Baafs is the perfect place, in the middle of town to enjoy the historic city of Gent. Everything is in walking distance. The service at the hotel was perfect, very friendly with a very good bed !

Perfect location, warm welcome, amazing staff who did their utmost best to make our stay worth remembering in these special times. Rooms are rather small but very tidy with all the comfort you need. Breakfast was not in buffet style but you get to chose as much as you want. At night you can order an Uber or TakeAway meal and eat it in the loungebar of the hotel.

Beste Yves, We zijn zeer tevreden te lezen dat u onze keuze voor het ontbijt goed vond. Het is ook voor ons in deze tijden niet altijd simpel om het beste voor de gasten aan te bieden en dus proberen we onder de omstandigheden toch nog het beste te voorzien. We hopen u in de toekomst zeker nogmaals te mogen verwelkomen!

Small spaced bathroom, especially the placement of the toilet is not good, especially not for a tall person. The colours in the room and bathroom were very boring/dull, need to be refreshed. No mat in the bathroom available.

Made a reservation for 2 persons through the company website. When we arrived they told us that they had upgraded our rooms, but we realized that in the room the amenities (coffee, towels, etc) were only for one person. Also, when we asked for a wine opener from the hotel staff in the bar, they were very rude and treated us as criminals that would steal it. They even suggested that we went to a bar across the street to ask for one.
