Experience was good. Had an issue with check out where it wasn't explained to me when I was checking in or when I requested a later check out that there would be a fee that needed paying (as it had been as I also requested an earlier check in) and my partner and i were disturbed at 12:30pm by a staff member asking what time we were leaving. Overall I have nothing negative to say, I would just advise to make guests fully aware of the extra costs either when they book and request or at check-in to prevent something like this.

We were put in a adjoining room so we could hear everything that was happening in the room next to us we were also on a floor which school children were also staying these children were running up and down the hall knocking on our door and also ringing our room (while we were sleeping) I understand this is not the fault of the hotel but due to this it was not a particularly enjoyable stay we wanted to order room service and complain about the noise being cause on the floor we were staying so used WhatsApp to contact the reception as advise by the leaflet left in our room we al so rang the number provided and did not receive any reply from the staff which we found very disappointing as this was the method the hotel wishes you to use we went down to reception with is supposed to be 24 hours but no one was to be seen

The check in process on line requested card details which I declined to provide and therefore I checked in on arrival. Some confusion from the staff as to whether breakfast was included in my booking (it was)

« Above mediocre compared to price »

Experience was OK, room was described as above better and new but was incredible small and very worn and dirty - absolutely not as described! Was very overpriced for advertised as supposedly better room! Instant coffee in reception overpriced as well. The personal was friendly and helpful. Also taking a £80 hold on my credit card and still holding it to date is absolutely bad practice and would therefore reconsider booking a room again.

Comfortable and pleasant room. Breakfast offering at Café Rouge was poor and expensive for what it was. Customers off the street seemed to have a more wide ranging menu offered. If we stay again we will eat out at local café. Car parking was convenient but expensive.

We were in walking distance to all the attractions we wanted to visit. The hotels location was ideal. We enjoyed having the breakfast in the Cafe Rouge, the breakfast was very good. The room was clean and comfortable.

« A Dream Bedroom and a Breakfast to die for! »

Hotel was all that it claimed to be. Beautifully comfortable beds and fashionably decorated rooms; spotless bath/shower room and w.c. A real joy and pleasure to stay at this hotel. Easy procedure to book and check in; a warm welcome from the helpful and friendly staff. An outstanding feature of this hotel was the truly amazing breakfast - both Continental and Full English - and/or combination of both. Food and beverages prepared and presented in an exemplary buffet fashion in their Cafe Rouge. It truly was the best Hotel Breakfast I've ever enjoyed anywhere in the world! Really excellent value!

« disappointing »

We supposedly had the best room. It had no window in the room itself which is very unusual. The bathroom , accessed through a sliding door which was difficult to open and close, had a window which was glazed over, but you couldn't, or would'nt open it, as it was at street level. The street was the main street through Greenwich. We were told that the rooms had recently been refurbished but it certainly didn't look like that. We were disappointed to say the least. We know this is a budget hotel but we were not impressed. The staff, however, were pleasant.

This was our second stay at the hotel as we were attending the tennis at the O2. A great location and especially easy to get to the O2 - one stop on the Clipper boat. Lovely hotel, warm and comfortable in a very lovely area. We’ll be back.
