I have stayed at this hotel several times before. It is now my main base whenever I come to London. It is in a great location, five minutes walk from Cutty Sark DLR station, three minutes walk to Greenwich Park. It works in the summer, when I can walk to the park and sit under a tree in the shade, and it works in the winter when it's right in the heart of Greenwich's lovely shops and pubs and great craft market. the staff are friendly, professional,unobtrusive. I usually travel alone and value my privacy. The staff team seem to respect this., but are there to answer questions and help when I need it. the only changes I noticed when I stayed here recently, my first stay since the pandemic began, was that the exterior doors were kept shut and I had to be buzzed in every time, and guests were expected to wear masks in the hotel's communal areas. Also, no room cleaning unless you specifically requested it - although this was offered on the third day of my stay. I thought the adjustments were thoughtful and proportionate.

We stayed as we wanted to stay in Greenwich as our favourite restaurant Sticks n sushi is there and we had a meal to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We usually stay at another hotel but unfortunately they were closed hence we chose your establishment. However we were pleasantly surprised at the quality of your accommodation and the price oc hhe room. We will definitely consider staying with you again.

Clean rooms though key card had to be changed x3 in 24hrs due to it failing to work

Nice hotel, good location, but I didn’t like the fact that we had to ring the main entrance door bell in order to gain access into the hotel each time we went out, and on each occasion we where asked if we where guests. There was no shower gel or enough towels in the room.

Visited for 2 nights found the hotel very clean and tidy the room and bathroom were clean and tidy and the bed was comfortable. Had a breakfast box was ok but. It fantastic. Cafe Rouge next door offered breakfast but didn’t start until 9am so was too late for us as we had trips booked for 10am. Enjoyed our stay would stay again if in the area.

staff ill equipped to run hotel. Impossible to gain entry to hotel as staff refused to open entrance door when you pressed buzzer. You were left waiting for at least 4mins at a time. On one occasion one staff member had her breakfast while we were left standing at the door. Rooms tiny. Toilet broken & boiling water running down wall of bathroom. Had to change rooms. Not enough bed clothes or pillows had to sleep with out coats on the bed. Horrible experience

the ibis is extremely well situated in the centre of Greenwich and the staff and service was excellent, there is private parking behind the hotel and its just a short stroll into the heart of Greenwich. The room was perfectly adequate for an overnight stay.

This was the 3rd time in this hotel in the last 5 years and I find overall it represents good value however it’s noticeable that the decor and fittings are looking tired and you can see through the wall art and realise you are really in a basic two star hotel -that said we would still use the hotel again

The room was not to the level of cleanliness I would expect and the staff were all scruffy and chatting in the reception area, a very unprofessional atmosphere.
