« Well located »

The hotel was well located and Mélanie on reception was particularly welcoming and friendly. The housekeeping services didn’t seem up to standard. Rooms were still being cleaned at 4pm and items weren’t always replenished. I think for the cost you shouldn't have paper cups in the room and if the room is for 2 people then 2 bottles of complimentary water would be more appropriate. I would also have expected complimentary toiletries. Security in the hotel should be better

« Stayed several times, says it all really. »

Hotel is adequate. Very pleasant staff. Close to centre but with secure parking. Unlike some Mercures in the privilege room they give four coffee capsules rather than the annoying three which seems to be standard but is just irritating for a couple. Drink voucher not offered.

« Not quite as good as we had expected. »

Check in was easy and car park useful. Staff helpful. We felt that the room would have been better with two chairs, rather than one. Also the floor of the shower was very dangerous and slippery when wet. The shower soap dispenser was too high up!

We had heard that Honfleur was a beautiful town so we decided to visit. The hotel was located within walking distance and easily accessible from the road. Secure parking. Directly across from the river boats and bus station but with a river view.

Generaly the hotel is O.K., it has a feel of being more of an Ibis hotel thay the usual standard of a Mecure hotel. In the bar the seats needed cleaning as some of them were stained and whilst I undeerstand that the pavement outside of the hotel is not yours it whould have been beeter if it had been swept of the wet slippery but not in all leaves. As a Accor Club member and ver 65 in some hotels breakfast is included but not in all why ?

« A good 2 night stay in Honfleur »

Comfortable clean and quiet room. Good bathroom. Comfortable bed. Happy to be able to open the window and look out over the Pont de Normandie. The Mercure has its own car park which is a huge advantage given parking charges elsewhere in town. A little walk into the central area but not excessive. Reasonable breakfast. Helpful friendly staff: quick registration, responded quickly to my query about parking made when I booked.

« Upgrading to Priviledge Room was not value for money. »

We found all the hotel facilities to be good including friendly staff. We did not feel that we received value for money in upgrading to a Privilage Room. The bed, whilst large, was uncomfortable in comparison with the Ibis Sweet Bed. Storage was compromised by the addition of the fridge and safe and insufficient for an upgraded room which resulted with less storage areas than a standard room.
