Overall satisified, but not happy about the fact that I could not pay my stay with my earned Accor points (I accumulated more than 35.000 points in the past). I checked one week before arrival with the hotel how this should be done nowadays. In the past I had to print out all the vouchers, which then had to be tediously entered into the system. I was told that this was no longer necessary and that my points account could be debited at check-out in the hotel. However, the system did not work. In order not to hold up the receptionist (named Charlotte) it was agreed that my Amex account would be debited. They would fix it later and then credit my Amex account. I was told I should get feedback in a few days. I checked out on July 23 and we are now July 27th and I have not heard anything yet ...

A very nice experience overall. Front office staff deserve a special note for their support and resilience given the strange times. Family room is in line with novotel standards. The smell on the coridors was quite unpleasant.

The smell in the coridors might come from the desinfection spray that we now use more frequently in the corridors to be on the safe side, however we also find the smell of the spray a bit too strong and we will look for other options. Well located next to the highway when passing through from Spain to Travemunde. Open during Corona times. Restaurant closed, but breakfast served to the room. We were very well received

It was very strange as only 3 rooms occupied at the hotel during my stay. But the staff were amazing, brilliant, professional and helpful. Novotel is the best place to stay in Maastricht. It is a bit far from the city center. But it has everything you need after all: nice room with shower and cozy bed.

It was great. Beds were comfortable and room had a lot of space. Breakfast was great too. The complaints I have were that there was a big draft on the door to the corridor and the temperature of the shower was non consistent. Felt more like a cold shower, which made it very unpleasant. The receptionist tried to charge me with a parking fee while I didn't have a car and did not ask me about the stay.

Hotel in nice. A good walk from the city centre. Not much going on in the area. There is a free bus on the hour to the centre of town during the day.

We have been in the hotel before. This time 2 things were less good. 1) the mirror in the bathroom showed black fungus parts on the end where the mirror rests in the cabinet 2) while showering the temperature started changing after a few minutes , up and down

We had a very nice stay, the staff was very kind, we liked the care of all to make us happy and pleased.The location is good, but you need a car in order to move around , the hotel was not heated enough, that was the only problem we had faced.

Nice hotel. Friendly staff and clean rooms and public ambient. The location is not perfect...the city center is 20 mins walking distance. The hotel offer shuttles to city center and also bicycles for rent.

We had an 2 day stay, had to pay for the parking lot while gates were open and around the hotel everything is free. The diner we had was bad, steak was from the freezer and taste like cardboard. Te hotel room was nice and clean, but after a night sleep we noticed that the bed was bad.. We both woke up with backpain.. Breakfast was very good, organization and food.

For the parking we charge € 8.00 per night, but just outside the hotel it is not free parking. There are parkingmachines were they charge per hour just outside the hotel. I am sorry that our beds did not meet your preference. We did tough have new beds in all the rooms for last year only. We celebrated our New Year far away from the nuisance of a crowded city and our stay in Maastricht with Novotel was excellent. We wished the rooms could be slightly bigger with enough space for all the amenities. The Winners restaurant where we had our NY dinner was amazing. Thoroughly enjoyed it!
